SCSkyline.com was founded shortly after 2000 and is the source to download realistic BAP as well as Scurked buildings. Right now the site is down as they prepare to relaunch and to serve the Simcity 4 fans with custom buildings and quite possibly cities as soon as a BAP is launched for Simcity 4 which is strongly expected from EA.
