This section tells you about each magazine and where to get them all:
Weapons Monthly: This magazines allows you to upgrade each characters weapon but you will have
to read it before you can go into a junk shop and upgrade it.
This is where the weapon magazines are:
Weapons Mon Mar: In Dollet. Elvoret will drop it after it has been defeated.

How to get Squalls ultimate weapon: LION HEART:
The only weapon that I am going to explain fully how to get is the Lion Heart because it is the best and most powerfull weapon in the game (stronger than any magic and GF if you have 100 Ultimas junctioned to Str because it can take up to 200000 HP of damage off an enemy). To start with you have to have weapons Mon 1st which you can buy for 35000 gill in Esther City. When you have that you need: 1 Admantine, 4 Dragon Fangs and 12 Pulse Ammo.
To get the admantine simply refine the Sacred Card using the ability Card Mod or defeat the monster Admantoise which can be found on the beach of Hasberry plains in Dollet. Secondly, to get the 4 Dragon Fangs defeat T-Rexaur which you will find in Balamb forest when you are between level 20-29 or you can defeat the Blue Dragon in the Bika Snowfields in Trabia but be carefull they are strong. Finally, to get 12 Pulse ammo defeat Iron Giant who can be found at Tears Point in Esther or defeat Behemoth who is in the Great Plains of Esther. Now you can go to a junk shop and buy the LION HEART!

Combat Kings: This Magazine is new Limit Breaks for Zell. There is 5 altogether and this is where you can find them:
Combat Kings 01: First floor of the District Prison on the right hand side door (Disk 2)
Limit Break:
Combat Kings 02: Dropped by Rajin after battle in Balamb. (Disk 2)
Combat Kings 03: To get this you must firstly have Zell in your party. Go to the Library and talk to a girl with a ponytail in, then keep entering the library and talk to all of the students. Then go to Balamb and when you go into Zells house you will be told that somebody came for Zell. Then rest at the inn and when you go out of there the pony tailed girl will give you the magazine.
Combat Kings 04: You get this magazine in Esther during the Lunatic Pandora Sightings. Before this talk to a soldier on a walkway crossing a yellow tube and during the countdown talk to him again and when he rus away folloe him and talk to him again and you will get the magazine.
Combat Kings 05: As Laguna in Lunatic Pandora pick up the "Second Key" and then as Squall it is upstairs next to elevator 3.
Occult Fan: I dont know where these magazines are but if you have learnt the ability familiar you can buy all 4 of them in Esther City for 35000 Gill.
