10TH WWC World Champion: Chainsaw Charlie
Charlie won the title in a four way dance for the belt after pinning THP! He won the belt on April 1st, ending Mortimer's 72 day reign as champion!
11TH WWC World Champion: Mad Dog Mortimer - 2nd Reign
Mortimer won the title at WWC Shattered Dreams in a three way dance after pinning Charlie following "The Bite" Powerbomb twenty two minutes into their match. The win came on May 2!
12TH WWC World Champion: Shane Stud - 3rd Reign
Stud won the title for the third time in his career after defeating Mad Dog Mortimer and Larry Gionet in a Three Way Dance, eighteen minutes into the match, at Summer Breakout 99 on June 20!
13TH WWC World Champion: Perry Tanhammer
Tanhammer defeated Stud for the title in an epic battle that lasted 43 minutes! It was the main event at Beyond the Limits 99 on August 29th, and saw Perry Tanhammer pick up his first WWC World Title ever! It happened at the Kawasaki Stadium in Japan!
14TH WWC World Champion: The Hottest Prospect - 3rd Reign
THP defeated Perry Tanhammer, Shane Stud and Mad Dog Mortimer in an epic battle that saw the return of Rancid at the late September 99 pay-per-view, Carnage 99! It was an epic battle that ended Perry Tanhammer's one month reign!
16TH WWC World Champion: "The Franchise" Shane Stud - 4th Reign
Shane Stud defeated THP in an epic 21 minute Hell in a Cell match at Rush Hour on December 6th in Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, PA. It was an incredible battle that gave Shane Stud his 4th WWC World Title reign and ended THP's over two month reign.
17TH WWC World Champion: Disturbed Youth
DY shocked the world on a cold friday night, December 17th in Toronto! Not only was it the first ever WWC World Title change in Canada, but it was Youth's first World Title win, and the first ever Three Way Dance with Stud/Kelly/Youth! Kelly pinned Stud thirty one minutes into the match to become the new champion! He shocked the world and ended Stud's eleven day run as champion.
18TH WWC World Champion: "The Franchise" Shane Stud - 5th Reign
Stud won his illustrious fifth WWC World Heavyweight Title at Carnacage 99, on December 26th! He defeated his Sex and Violence friend and partner Disturbed Youth in an epic battle to regain his title belt!
