Those wrestlers include Disturbed Youth, Rancid, Shane Stud, Frantic and Mad Dog Mortimer. Highlights from the five men's careers were shown as we found out that throughout the evening, we would see video montages for each of those five WWC legends and former champions. And the evening would conclude with a final in-ring retirement ceremony and tribute to those five stars. Following the video package, the show went to the arena as Derek Stallion and Jesse Rhodes introduced themselves and began to hype the show. With that, ring announcer Veronica introduced the first matchup. -Grudge Match -Jago Ripley vs. The Beast -The Beast made his way out first and cuut a promo before the match, saying that the Fight Club would work their way through all the competition in the UGA and there's not anything that anyone can do about it. With that, The Beast challenged Jago Ripley to raise the stakes a few notches and make their match no disqualification. Ripley agreed and by doing so, charged the ring. The match was on and both men brawled it out. It was revealed to be a setup though as Beast lured Jago to the aisle and entrance area. It was there that "Ace" and "Frost" made their way out and began a violent beatdown on Ripley. After a few moments of this, Beast took Ripley back to the ring. He then hit Ripley with his new finisher, "Dev-Bea-Station", a huge powerslam into a Tiger Driver to get the win. (Winner: The Beast via Pinfall at 4:47) -Post Match -Following the match, Ace and Frost enteered the ring and the three men continued their attack on Ripley. Ace took the mic and challenged any three men to face the Fight Club in a six man tag team match at the next pay-per-view. Ace, Frost and Beast then left the ring as Ripley was stretchered out and to the back. The show cut to break. -Backstage Clip from Earlier Today -The show returned with scenes from earllier today backstage where Damien was arriving at the arena. Sean "Sugar Daddy" Docaine approached him and began to mock Damien. Damien appeared angry and Docaine told him that he wasn't going to do a thing about it. Docaine then slapped Damien across the face. Damien dropped his bags and went to grab Docaine but Docaine took off running. Damien warned Docaine for later on tonight when they face each other in the ring. The footage concluded and with that, the action cut to the ring. -Sean "Sugar Daddy" Docaine vs. Damien -Damien made his way to the ring first. He stopped on the other side of the curtain at the top of the aisle and waited for his music to conclude. Docaine then made his way out but Damien was there and attacked him from out of no where to a huge pop from the crowd. Damien began to beat up Docaine as he took him towards the ring and he threw him in the ring as the match officially began. Docaine begged off and wanted nothing from Damien but Damien kept beating down Docaine. Docaine fought back though with many unfair tactics such as a thumb to the eye, raking Damien's face and a vicious low blow. After a few minutes of these cheapshots by Docaine, the referee began to go off on him. With that, Damien came in from behind to hit Docaine but Docaine pulled him into the referee. With the referee down, Docaine dropped Damien with a DDT and then went to the outside to grab a chair. The "Sugar Daddy" entered the ring with the chair and blasted Damien over the back of the head with it before covering him for the pin. The referee came to and counted the three, giving the victory to the debuting Sean Docaine. (Winner: Sean "Sugar Daddy" Docaine via Pinfall at 6:11) -Post Match Action Following the match, Docaine took the mic and laid out an open challenge for next week's UGA Xtreme show. Shane Russell walked out and said that he just found out he doesn't have a match next week so he'll take on Docaine too and shut the big mouth youngster up very quickly. Russell told Docaine he would see him next week and take him up on his challenge. We then saw a video package. -Video Package -"Room for One More" by Anthrax began too play as a video montage was shown for Disturbed Youth. We saw highlights of ladder matches involving Youth, as well as his International Title and World Title matches. We also saw clips and highlights of some of his greatest fueds, such as those with Al Basler and Larry Gionet as well as matches with Frat Boy, Mighty Ryan Kelly, Mad Dog Mortimer and his best friend Shane Stud. The package concluded with the highlight of his career: defeating Shane Stud for the World Heavyweight Title. The show then faded out to break. -Earlier Today The show returned as we saw earlier today, Insanity Incarnate walked into the arena. Maniac and Frenzy walked towards the booking sheets posted by the locker room. They then began acting totally out of character, saying that they were tired of being portrayed as insane or alcoholics and that their gimmick sucks and they hate it. Frenzy looked at the booking sheet and shook his head and pounded the wall. He said he's tired of facing no name talent and opening match wrestlers and being wasted in this fed. He then said he has an idea. He took out a pin and scratched something on the booking sheet. He then said: "Hmmm, they make a good tag. I think they'd put up a real good fight." With that, Frenzy filled in a name and told Maniac to initial it as if he were someone with backstage pull and someone of importance. Frenzy then told Maniac to come on and as they began walking, Frenzy picked up his bags, looked at the camera, laughed and said "Screw this hellhole. We're outta here. We Quit!" The show then cut to ringside to where Derek Stallion and Jesse Rhodes were in absolute shock over what occurred earlier today. They called the actions of Insanity Incarnate unprofessional and wondered just what exactly they put on that booking sheet, saying we would find out later tonight. We then cut backstage quickly and we see Sean "Sugar Daddy" Docaine talking to the Fight Club. The announcers wondered what was up as we went to the ring for more action. -One On One -Ace Fireside vs. Chad Yaro -Chad Yaro made his way to the ring to aa nice reaction from the crowd. While he made his way out, the announcers noted that Yaro would be facing Shane Russell at UGA: Bring it On, the next pay-per-view event in a match where the winner gets a TV Title shot. With that, announcers added hype that tonight there would be a unification match with THP and Jordan Jones to determine a TV Chamipion. Ace Fireside made his way out and before entering the ring, took the mic. He asked where his match for a TV Title shot is and called it an injustice that Yaro and Russell would get a match for a shot. Ace then told Yaro that he would beat him and prove that he's more worthy of a title shot. With that, Ace attacked Yaro and the match began. Three minutes in, Frost and Beast made their way out. Beast distracted the referee while Frost grabbed the ring bell and blasted Yaro over the head with it. Beast then hopped off the apron as the referee counted Ace's cover on Yaro. Ace pickekd up the victory as Yaro began ble eding from the ring bell shot. The three members of Fight Club then continued to beat up Yaro after the match. This resulted in Shane Russell running down to the ring to a nice reaction from the crowd. Russell entered the ring and tried to fight off the Fight Club members but the three men beat him down and laid him out too. Sean "Sugar Daddy" Docaine walked out and laughed as he watched from the top of the ramp. Ace, Frost and Beast left the ring as Yaro and Russell were both out cold. As they walked towards the back, Docaine shook their hands and told them "Job Well Done." He then handed them money and walked off to the back as the show cut to another video package. (Winner: Ace via Pinfall at 2:29) -Video Package -"One" by Metallica began to play as we faded into a video montage, highlighting the career of Rancid. The highlights include Rancid in action in the very first few weeks of WWC action in 1997. From there, we see Rancid's classic fueds against the Z-Gang, Mad Dog Mortimer, Frat Boy, Shane Stud and others. His brutal war with JaMeS RioT. We then see highlights of perhaps the most classic of all his fueds, that against WWC President Jon Massey. We see Rancid saving Massey's son, Rancid turning heel for the first time ever, and Rancid pinning Shane Stud to win the WWC World Title. And with that last clip, the scene and song fades out, and we go to break. -Back from break, the announcers talked about seeing highlight packages of Disturbed Youth and Rancid thus far and three more packages to come. The announcers then recapped what we saw before the break, with Sean Docaine paying off the Fight Club to beat up Shane Russell, Docaine's opponent next week. The announcers talked about the setup and mentioned that after Russell was helped to the back, he was searching for Docaine. It was then time for more action. -Hardcore Rules -Grendel vs. Revelation -Grendel made his way out to the ring. Revelation followed and a wild hardcore brawl ensued. Both men beat each other unmercifully. It was an intense battle between the two men and they both were shown to be in a lot of pain. Five minutes, Grendel was busted open. The two men brawled around ringside for the majority of the match but eventually made it into the ring. Once in the ring, Grendel dropped Revelation with a spike piledriver onto a strand of barbed wire to get the win. Afterwards, the Beast ran out and attacked Grendel and laid him out with six consecutive chairshots. Beast took the mic and said: "Tonight, is the night of Fight Club" He then threw the mic down on to Grendel but as he did so, a bloody Revelation came to. Revelation grabbed Beast by the throat and picked up him. The crowd cheered but Ace and Frost ran down from the back and attacked Revelation. Ace, Frost and Beast laid out both Grendel and Revelation before Frost took the mic and called out his opponents for the three way dance. The show cut to break.(Winner: Grendel via Pinfall at 7:02) -Three Way Dance -Rick Frost vs. Kevin Candido vs. The Jeester -The show returned from break and the Jeester made his way out first from the back. Frost awaited him in the ring. Kevin Candido then followed and the match began. Jester and Candido in a smart plan actually worked together against Frost. Referees prevented Ace and Beast from interfering in the match as the two men continuously tried to come out from the back. While the match went on with the three men, Grendel, Revelation, Shane Russell and Chad Yaro all ran out. The four men attacked Ace and Beast in the aisleway and then charged towards the ring. Rick Frost took off through the crowd, escaping from a potential beat down that the four men were going to give him. While this was happening, the referee was trying to stop the chaos and send the four men to the back. As this occurred, an unknown man came over top of the safety rail from the crowd and into the ring. The man, wearing all black, pushed Kevin Candido out of the ring. The man grabbed Jester and dropped him with a "Roll the Dice" type manue ver. The man then spit down on Jester and walked back out through the crowd. Kevin Candido came to and entered the ring, and a few moments later, he hit the Jester with the Star*Killer to get the pinfall victory. The announcers wondered who the man in all black was, why he was there, and what made him attack the Jester. (Winner: Kevin Candido via pinfall at 6:15). -Video Package -As the match concluded, we saw a third video package for the evening, this time with "Same Old Song and Dance" playing. We then saw highlights of Frantic's career in the WWC, including his many hardcore matches and perhaps his biggest fued ever with JaMeS RioT and one of his biggest wins ever when he upset RioT during their first meeting. The package then concluded with Frantic's World Title win and retirement speech at UGA Summer Breakout 2001. The video montage slowly faded out to a break. -Hia Tao & Shane Russell vs. ??? -The show returned with Hia Tao and Shanne Russell making their way out. They stood in the ring and Russell took the mic talking about how it's been an eventful night for him thus far but now he's got a tag team match but they won't be facing Insanity Incarnate since they quit earlier today. He said he doesn't know who they will be facing but he picked up the booking sheet from the back and brought it out with him and he's about to find out. With that, Russell grabbed the paper and looked at it. He then looked surprise in shock and said that the paper says that he and Tao will be facing....Derek Stallion and Jesse Rhodes. The announcers acted in shock and became very nervous and antsy very quickly. Russell looked down at the two men and shrugged but as doing this, Hia Tao attacked him from behind. Tao begin to beat down Russell in the ring as the crowd boo'ed. Sean "Sugar Daddy" Docaine walked out once again tonight and grinned from the aisleway. He looked on as Tao beat down Russell. Tao then smile d and left the ring as Docaine held a bag of white powder up. Tao, the Japanesse superstar approached Docaine and shook his hand. Docaine smiled and handed him the bag and told him "Job Well Done" as both men walked through the curtain. The announcers mentioned that once again, Docaine has used his money and his personal items to take out Shane Russell and the announcers act shocked that Insanity Incarnate would put their names on the booking sheet. Before going to break, Jesse Rhodes wondered that maybe Incarnate too were paid off by Docaine. The show then cut to break. -The show returned with Adam Mitchell baackstage with Storm Richards. Richards asked Mitchell about his silence thus far tonight and the alliance with Jack Hunter and Jordan Jones. Natural held his neck in pain and Mitchell applied a chokehold as Natural tapped out immediately. Mitchell kept the hold after his victory and the referee tried to pull him off. Eventually Mitchell released the hold but Natural looked seriously injured. Mitchell remains undefeated as the show cut to break. (Winner: Adam Mitchell via Pinfall in 1:42). The show returned and we see Jon Massey in a hospital room live via satellite. The announcers tell us we will hear from the UGA President later tonight. The show went back backstage. -Shane Russell Interview -The show returned with Shane Russell baackstage with Storm Richards. Shane said he's ready to step up to the plate in the UGA and be a big time player and next week, even though he's facing Sean "Sugar Daddy" Docaine, he wants two other matches. He says he knows it's three matches in one night and may not be a good idea, but he's got a score to settle with all three men and next week, he wants to take care of business. -The announcers then said that regardlesss of what happens with Russell and Docaine next week, he sees the war between the two going much further than just one week. The show then cut to the ring for more action. -Jason Devlin vs. Joe Snow -Jason Devlin made his way out first to the ring. Interestingly enough, he was accompanied by Chris Natural. Devlin took the mic and complained about being misused in the UGA. Devlin shook his head while saying he could not believe he was being under-utilized. He said the same goes for Chris Natural. Devlin then put over himself and Natural, saying that they are the most underrated wrestlers in the business and their day will soon come. Devlin and Natural high fived as Natural headed to the back and Devlin called out Snow. Joe Snow made his way out and the match began. The two men went back and forth until Snow hit Snow Plow 2001 and dropped Devlin on his head. Snow scored the pin to get the victory and took the mic after the match. Ironman Jordan Jones made his way out to watch at ringside. After going back and forth for nearly ten minutes, both men were on the top turnbuckle. Kelly was attempting the Mighty Super Suplex off the top rope when Hunter blocked it and pushed Kelly to the mat. When Kelly hit the mat, Hunter leaped off the top with a sunset flip, picking up the huge upset victory and keeping his World Television Title shot. (Winner: Jack Hunter via Pinfall at 9:47). -Post Match Segment -After the match, Hunter took the mic ass Jordan Jones looked on. Adam Mitchell made his way out in the aisle way and watched. Hunter called both Jones and Mitchell into the ring. Hunter hands the microphone to Mitchell who grins. Mitchell says that all he keeps hearing are questions about a possible alliance between the three of them. Everyone wants to know what's going on with those men ever since Summer Breakout 2001. Mitchell says that the rumors are true and those three men are aligned. Mitchell says that they have a lot in common, all young, hungry, cocky and don't give a damn about anyone. And he added that neither of them want to be shut down or held back, which was the backbone reason of their formation. Mitchell then says that both he and Hunter have been successful here tonight and now it's time for the "Ironman" to take another TV Championship and become Unified Champ. Jones smiles and takes the mic and tells THP to bring his "7 foot tall goofy ass out here." With that, "King Nothing" b egan to blast as THP made his way out to a thunderous ovation from the crowd. THP covered Jones as Mitchell and Hunter looked on and applauded. THP scored the victory and became the Unified UGA World Television Champion. THP took the mic and called Hunter and Mitchell back into the ring. (Winner: THP via Pinfall in 23 seconds). -Post Match Segment -The announcers are in shock by what we have seen in just the last few minutes alone. THP takes the WWC TV Title and the UGA World TV Title and holds them both high. Mitchell takes one and Hunter takes one as THP grabs the mic. THP says the whole world has been fooled and no one expected to see what they did, but himself, Adam Mitchell and Jack Hunter were behind the alliance all along. THP goes on to say that the two men both won TV Title shots at Summer Breakout, Mitchell in the Super j-Crown Cup tournament and Hunter in the Battle Royal and that neither man recieved their shots. To add to that, Jordan Jones was the champion and he was the one that was dodging them. So Jones should have never trusted either Mitchell or Hunter and it was a plot all along. The three men laughed as the crowd cheered. Mitchell takes the mic and says that they were tired of being held down and told Jones, "What goes around, comes around." Hunter then took the mic and re-iterated what THP and Mitchell had both said. To add to that, Hunter calls Jones a son of a bitch for not giving him his title shot and that now, he doesn't have to worry about that. All three men high fived as THP held up both their arms. The crowd cheered but then suddenly, Mitchell and Hunter turned on THP and laid him out with a double clothsline. Both men began to beat on THP as the crowd boo'ed. Mitchell and Hunter mocked THP and high fived as they continued the surprising beat down. Mitchell then held THP as Hunter took one of the TV Title belts and blasted THP over the head with it. The crowd and announcers watched on in shock. Mitchell grabbed the mic calling THP a has been and telling him that he was used and now they have his titles. Punk, with cane in hand took the mic and said that at UGA Bring it On, he will become the next UGA World Champion. He said that tonight, he's not worried about that but instead, he wants one man and one man only: Larry Gionet. With that, Gionet made his way out as the crowd boo'ed. Gionet entered the ring and took the mic and tried to apologize to Punk for everything that happened but Punk wasn't buying into Gionet's speech and he nailed him to a large pop from the crowd. Punk went at it on the offense for the first few minutes of the match until Gionet kept fighting back. Six minutes in, Gionet was in full control. Gionet took Punk to the outside and the referee followed the action. It was there, where a fan pulled the referee by his shirt. The referee and the fan began to argu e as Gionet and Punk quickly took their action back into the ring. Gionet hit Punk with a steel chair and followed it up with "That's Legendary" but the referee continued to argue with the fan. The fan leaped over the safety rail and got into the ref's face. Gionet with the cover inside of the ring became angry and left the ring. Gionet grabbed the referee and yelled at him before turning to the fan. Gionet went to nail the fan but the fan nailed Gionet instead to a huge pop! The fan pounded on Gionet and threw him back into the ring. The fan pulled his hat off and revealed himself to be Edward Sprinkle, the former World Champion rumored to be showing up at UGA Xtreme. Gionet stumbled into the ring in shock and looked down at Sprinkle who mocked him. While this was happening, Street Punk grabbed Gionet and spun him around and dropped him down with a high impact DDT to get the pinfall victory. Sprinkle laughed as he exited through the crowd. Massey told us all that he was humiliated by RioT and that what he did at Summer Breakout was not funny at all. Jon says he's getting better and should be released within the next few days. He then said that he has a lot of options on what he can do. He says he can not press charges and make RioT's life a living hell. Massey paused and then added that he's tried that a few times already. Massey concluded that to make things easy and simple, he will be pressing charges against RioT and has implemented a restraining order that bars RioT from him or any UGA events. Massey then concluded by saying that he can't wait to get back to the UGA and he's really looking forward to seeing everyone. With that, the satellite cut to a split screen. The other screen showed JaMeS RioT standing in an office. RioT smiled and said he hopes that Massey can hear him. He then began to laugh at Massey's claims of pressing charges and introduces Massey to his lawyer (as the camera pans back). RioT says that he's been working on a case for almost a year. And what for you may ask? Wrongful termination. RioT asked Massey if he remembered the time he fired him right before his match with Chainsaw Charlie. And with that, the cage door shut and the two men wasted no time to go at it. They both went back and forth as the crowd stood on their feet. Ten minutes in, both men were bloody and battered. They continued giving it their all. It was an excellent match and perhaps one of the best televised main events in the last two years. Twenty two minutes in, Chainsaw Charlie hit the Charlie Cutter from the top of the cage. After nearly a minute of both men down, Charlie inched on top of Frat Boy to score the victory and retain the title in an incredible match. The crowd applauded both men. At this moment, music hit and everyone looked to the back. Adam Mitchell and Jack Hunter walked out. The crowd boo'ed as they came to the ring. Stallion, Rhodes and Richards, among others told the two that they were not needed there and to be gone from the ceremony. Mitchell and Hunter laughed and Mitchell entered the ring. Mitchell grabbed the mic and began to talk trash about each of the five wrestlers. The crowd boo'ed profusely as Mitchell put down each of the five men. Hunter laughed at ringside while Mitchell continued his speech. Finally, Mitchell's mic was cut off and the crowd cheered. Mitchell looked to the back and on the video wall we see Chainsaw Charlie ordering production men to turn the mic off. Mitchell is irate in the ring as Charlie walks out from the back. Charlie comes to the ring with his own mic and begins to thank the five wrestlers for all that they've done. Charlie then lambasts Mitchell for trying to ruin a ceremony and tells Mitchell he will never be a star with the type of attitude he has. As Charlie stood by the ropes, Hunter jumped up on the apron and grabbed Charlie's arms and held them back. Mitchell went to attack Charlie but Charlie elbowed Hunter off the apron and then spun Mitchell around and dropped him with the Chainsaw Cutter. The crowd went nuts as Charlie kicked Mitchell out of the ring. Charlie then went over to the five men and they all celebrated, cheered and hugged and the "2001: Space Odyssey" theme played and the show concluded with Mitchell and Hunter retreating to the back.
