Rancid defeated P.I. in a pure wrestling match.
6TH WWC TV Champion: Jago "The Crippler" Ripley
Jago defeated Rancid in a scaffold match.
7TH WWC TV Champion: Chainsaw Charlie
Charlie defeated Jago in a great match.
8TH WWC TV Champion: Frat Boy
Frat Boy defeated Charlie in controversial fashion to win the TV Title.
9TH WWC TV Champion: Shane Stud
Shane Stud defeated Frat Boy in late 1998 to win the TV Title.
10TH WWC TV Champion: Chainsaw Charlie - 2nd Reign
Charlie defeated Stud at a house show to regain the TV title.
11TH WWC TV Champion: Al Basler
Basler defeated Chainsaw Charlie to win the title with some help from Mighty Ryan Kelly and The Hottest Prospect. The title win gave Basler his first single's title reign ever, as he took the belt in late February, following the Fatal Friday IV event.
12TH WWC TV Champion: Larry Gionet
Gionet defeated Basler with "That's Legenadary" at Tragedy TV on April 7 to win the title, and his first single's gold in the WWC.
13TH WWC TV Champion: JaMeS RioT
RioT defeated Larry Gionet in an impromptu match at Tragedy TV on May 11th to win the TV Title, his first title other than the WWC Hardcore Championship!
14TH WWC TV Champion: Al Basler - 2nd Reign
Basler defeated JaMeS RioT in an epic battle at Summer Breakout 99 on June 20 to once again capture the WWC World TV Title!
15TH WWC TV Champion: Edward Sprinkle
Sprinkle defeated Al Basler on August 12 at Tragedy TV in Buffalo New York to become the new WWC World Television Champion, ending Basler's incredible 53 day reign!
16TH WWC TV Champion: The Jester
The Jester defeated Larry Gionet and Edward Sprinkle for the TV Title in a three way dance at Carnage 99 on September 26th in Las Vegas! He pinned both men to take his first single's title and this ended Sprinkle's month and a half long reign!
17Th WWC TV Champion: Mad Dog Mortimer
After nearly a month long semi-fued between both the Jester and Mad Dog Mortimer over the TV Title, they finally battled one on one at the December 6th Rush Hour show for the TV Title! It was an epic ladder match which saw Mortimer win and become the new WWC TV Champion, ending Jester's two month plus reign.
18th WWC TV Champion: Mighty Ryan Kelly - 2nd Reign
MRK defeated Mad Dog Mortimer at Carnacage 99 on December 26th to win the WWC World TV Title! He did so after Frat Boy made a startling appearance during the matchup!
19th WWC TV Champion: The Jester - 2nd Reign
The Jester upset Mighty Ryan Kelly via pinfall with a clean victory to win the WWC World TV Title at Fatal Friday IV! The late May victory ended Kelly's nearly five month reign!
20th WWC TV Champion: The Hottest Prospect
THP became the twentieth television champion ever by defeating The Jester for the TV Title at WWC Better Than Ever on July 18th in New Orleans! It was a great match and the THP win ended The Jester's two month reign.
