3RD WWC International Champion: The P.I. - 2nd Reign
The P.I. defeated Shane Stud in their final match.

4TH WWC International Champion: Mad Dog Mortimer
Mad Dog defeated Jack Hunter and MRK in a 3-way after PI vacated it.

5TH WWC International Champion: Disturbed Youth
Youth won a tournament to crown a new champion by lastly defeating Al Basler in the finals.

6TH WWC International Champion: The Hottest Prospect
THP defeated Disturbed Youth at Better Than Ever on March 21st to win the title!

7TH WWC International Champion: Frat Boy
Following the THP/Youth match, Frat Boy defeated THP to win the title! THP was the most short lived champion in WWC history, while Frat Boy took his first IN title reign on March 21st!

8TH WWC International Champion: Disturbed Youth - 2nd Reign
On April 22, Frat Boy's one month reign ended when Sex and Violence orchestrated a plan which saw Disturbed Youth, dressed as a character of Shane Stud's, nail Frat Boy with the 3-D and win the matchup and the title!

9TH WWC International Champion: Larry Gionet
On July 30, Disturbed Youth dropped the WWC International Title to Larry Gionet at WWC Fighting to Stay Alive 99 in Detroit! The loss of the title ended Youth's extraordinary 100 day reign.

10TH WWC International Champion: Disturbed Youth - 3rd Reign
On August 31st at WWC Beyond the Limits, just one month after losing the International Title, Disturbed Youth regained it for a record third time by defeating the man who took it from him, Larry Gionet, in an historic 17 minute "Final Chapter" ladder match! This ended Gionet's one month reign as champ!

11Th WWC International Champion: Mighty Ryan Kelly
At the late September 99 pay-per-view Carnage 99, MIghty Ryan Kelly defeated Disturbed Youth in a battle between good friends that tore down the house! It was a purist dream match and stole the show, with Kelly winning the gold!

12TH WWC International Champion: Larry Gionet - 2nd Reign
On the December 6th Rush Hour event in Scranton, Larry Gionet shocked the world and pulled off a huge upset, defeating Mighty Ryan Kelly for the WWC International Championship and ending Kelly's nearly 70 day reign! With this title win, Gionet became a two time WWC International Champion.

13TH WWC International Champion: Chainsaw Charlie
On March 20th, Chainsaw Charlie defeated Larry Gionet at Tragedy TV in Atlanta, Georgia to win the WWC International Title! This ended Gionet's more than three month reign with the title!
