Stephenson won his first ever singles title in the WWC by defeating Frantic and Joe Snow in a three way dance for the Hardcore Title on April 11 at Wrestle War 99. It was one of the most brutal matches in WWC history.
8TH WWC Hardcore Champion: Frantic - 2nd Reign
Frantic defeated Tom Stephenson with help from Joe "Snow Dogg" Snow to regain the title on April 15, just four days after Stephenson won the title at Wrestle War 99!!
9TH WWC Hardcore Champion: "The Snow Dogg" Joe Snow
Snow won the title by defeating Frantic and Jack Hunter in a Three Way Dance for the title in an insane matchup at Summer Breakout 99 on June 20th!
10TH WWC Hardcore Champion: Fan Boy
Fan Boy defeated Joe "Snow Dogg" Snow for the Hardcore Title in an insane matchup on Tragedy TV on July 15 in Las Vegas Nevada! This gave Fan Boy his first ever WWC Single's title!
11TH WWC Hardcore Champion: Joe Snow - 2nd Reign
Joe Snow gained his second WWC Hardcore Title reign in recapturing the title belt from Fan Boy on August 31st at Beyond the Limits in Japan, ending Fan Boy's incredible 45 day run as champ! The wild match made Snow a two time WWC Hardcore Champion!
12TH WWC Hardcore Champion: Chainsaw Charlie
Chainsaw Charlie, one of the most hardcore wrestlers ever in the WWC, and one of the greatest to never hold the WWC Hardcore Title defeated Joe Snow for the WWC Hardcore Title at a WWC Rush Hour program on Tuesday, September 21! It was a brutal matchup that allowed Charlie to win the WWC Hardcore Title belt!
13TH WWC Hardcore Champion: Street Punk
Street Punk won his first singles WWC Title and captured the Hardcore Title belt by winning a Four Way Dance at Carnacage 99 on December 26 against Chainsaw Charlie, Joe Snow and Frantic! Punk pinned Snow in the match, and not champion Chainsaw Charlie who saw his more than two month reign end.
14TH WWC Hardcore Champion: Frantic - 3rd Reign
Frantic defeated Street Punk in a brutal hardcore battle on March 15 in Ft. Lauderdale at RusH HouR to regain the WWC Hardcore Title! This ended Street Punk's more than two month reign as champ!
15TH WWC Hardcore Champion: Street Punk - 2nd Reign
Street Punk defeated Frantic in a brutal matchup at Fatal Friday V in May! The matchup ended Frantic's third hardcore reign and also ended up being his last WWC matchup ever!
16TH WWC Hardcore Champion: Revelation - 2nd Reign
Revelation defeated Street Punk in a brutal matchup on Tuesday, July 11th at WWC Summer Breakout 2000 in Miami Florida! This was Revelation's first taste of gold in more than two years in the WWC, and ended Street Punk's more than two month reign!
