Stallion: The questions do continue Jesse, as some members of the WWC Tech
Crew are moving in and setting up the Hell in a Cell here!!!! We are just a
few moments away from that match!

Rhodes: That's right! Hell in a Cell! No titles on the line this time!
The last time Rancid and THP met one on one was over a year ago, A Carnival
of Carnage 1998, and it was a Hell in a Cell battle, and a match where
Rancid
beat THP and pinned him in the ring to win the WWC World Title!

Stallion: And a month prior to that, THP had defeated Rancid in their first
meeting, with Rancid challenging for the title! Tonight, they will meet in
a
Hell in a Cell match, but no titles are on the line! Each man with one
victory! We're gonna hopefully put an end to this war once and for all
tonight!

Rhodes: It's already been a wild show and this promises to be a crazy
matchup! And with that in mind, let's go to the ring!!!!!!!

[The scene cuts to Veronica in the ring]


HELL IN A CELL
GRUDGE MATCH
THP [v] Rancid

Veronica: Ladies and Gentlemen, the next matchup is scheduled for one fall
and is a Hell in a Cell match! Introducing first, former WWC World Champion
and one half of the WWC World Tag Team Champions - The Hottest Prospect -
THP!!!!

[The scene cuts to the aisle. Metallica's "King Nothing" blasts throughout
the arena and THP walks out, looking very cocky. He walks to the arena very
slowly, as the crowd boo the hell out of him. He just grins, looking at the
giant cage surrounding the ring. THP then looks at the announce area and
starts to walk over to it.]

Stallion: Here comes THP, and boy oh boy, does he look more cocky than ever
before!?

Rhodes: You're right about that!

Stallion: I wouldn't look that cocky right now, considering what type of
match he's going to have here and who his opponent is!

Rhodes: Yeah......Uh, THP is coming this way...

Stallion: What does he want?

[THP walks up to the announce team. He extends his hand to shake Rhodes but
as the announcer reaches to shake it he pulls his hand back and runs it
through his hair. Then THP reaches for a mic...]

Rhodes: Son of a..

THP: Tonight, right here in Des Moine......

Stallion: It's Cedar Rapids THP!

[The crowd boos loudly]

THP: Shut up! I don't give a rat's ass! Tonight, here in..."Cedar
Rapids",
you will see the End of Rancid as you know him! Tonight, I will cripple
him!
It's not about pinning him, it's about DESTROYING HIM! And Rancid, tonight,
YOU ARE A DEAD MAN!

[As THP drops the mic and walks over to the cage door, Fear Factory's "H-K
9"
starts to play. The crowd errupts with cheers]

Veronica: And his opponent, former WWC World Champion - RANCID!!!!

[The scene cuts to the aisle. Rancid walks out and the crowd goes wild! He
makes his way down to the cage, his eyes never leaving those of THP. THP,
standing on a ring turnbuckle tells him to bring it on before giving him the
finger. Finally Rancid stands at the door as the referee opens the door for
him.]

Stallion: Remember folks, in this kind of cage match the only way to win is
to pin your opponent or make them submit inside the cage. Escaping the cage,
however impossible as it may seem as its enclosed with a roof does not make
you
the winner. Only a pin or submission.

Rhodes: Rancid's finally in the cage and the referee locks the door! This
match is ready to begin!

Stallion: Yup, there goes the bell and they lock up!!! THP drives a knee
into
Rancid's midsection! He whips Rancid into the ropes and NAILS him with a
knee
lift!!! Rancid's down but he rolls back to his feet and charges at THP!

Rhodes: Rancid catches THP with a vicious lariat and the big man staggers
backwards. Rancid charges in again but gets a right hook to the face! THP
now
with a barrage of blows - a left, a right and Rancid's staggering back!
There's a lot of power behind those blows!

Stallion: THP now has Rancid in the corner and he's pounding him into the
corner with a serious of elbows! The back of Rancid's skull is just bouncing
off the turnbuckle and THP is unrelentless! He sets himself up for another
elbow... and Rancid catches his arm... AND SLAMS IT DOWN ONTO THE
TURNBUCKLE!!!!

Rhodes: THP is clutching at his arm in agony as Rancid hops up onto the
second rope. He dives off, bulldogging THP into the mat!!! THP tries to get
up but Rancid drops a knee into his chest! Look at the eyes of that
psycho!!!
He's kneeling above THP pounding around the head with a series of lefts and
rights. RIGHTS AND LEFTS! RIGHT AND LEFTS! FIST OF FIRE! FIST OF FIRE!

Stallion: You're NOT Jim Ross! THP retaliates with a thumb to the eye!
Rancid staggers back as THP rolls out of the ring! THP's getting a breather
but Rancid races over to the ropes... baseball slide! THP moves out of the
way and grabs Rancid by the throat!!! AND HE TAKES HIM, AND SMASHES RANCID'S
FACE INTO THE STEEL OF THE CELL HERE! OH MY!!!!! AND NOW HE DROPS HIM WITH
A SHORT-ARM CLOTHSLINE!

Rhodes: Now that I like! Rancid went 360 and landed hard! THP now stomping
away at him as Rancid starts to get to his feet. THP grabs the back of
Rancid's head and smashes it into the cage! Rancid's head rebounds of the
metal and THP repeats the move!!! A third time and RANCID MANAGES TO PUT A
FOOT AGAINST THE CAGE WALL TO STOP HIMSELF! Rancid reaches up, grabs THP's
head and smashes it into the cage!!! OH MY!!

Stallion: And Rancid follows it up with a Russian legsweep and THP hits the
concrete floor hard!!! Rancid's walking round to the side of the ring -
what's he gonna do? He's got the ring steps!!! Rancid picks them up above
his
head and carries them over to THP who's still on the floor!! A cut's opened
above THP's eye and he's trying to wipe it from his face...

Rhodes: AND RANCID BRINGS THOSE RINGSTEPS DOWN ON THP'S KNEE!!! THP's
rolling around in agony BUT RANCID SMASHES THOSE STEPS INTO HIS KNEE
AGAIN!!!
THP's leather is ripped and you can see the blood dripping from his knee!!!
Rancid lifts them up one more time and throws them at THP's face...

Stallion: But he moves away at the last moment! THP's struggling to get to
his feet and Rancid nails him in the ribs. He rolls THP into the ring and
follows after him. THP's trying to back away from Rancid but Rancid grabs
both of his legs! He looks to the crowd, grins then DROPS HIS HEAD INTO
THP'S
GROIN!!!! THP is in AGONY!!! Rancid grabs him by the legs again... BUT THP
ROLLS HIM UP IN A SMALL PACKAGE!!!

NO! Easy kickout by Rancid!!!

Rhodes: Rancid rolls to his feet as THP edges his way to a corner! THP's
using the corner ropes to try and get to his feet as Rancid moves in towards
him!!. Rancid's calling for THP to get up!! Rancid charges at him... AND
THP
MANAGES TO GET A BOOT UP! Rancid staggers back and THP starts to rush out...
BUT HIS KNEE BUCKLES UNDERNEATH HIM!
Rancid catches him and drives THP into the mat with a single-arm DDT!!! OH
MY!

Stallion: THP's crawling for the ropes and Rancid boots him hard in the
ribs.
THP now pulling himself up using the ropes... He's back to his feet ONLY TO
BE CLOTHESLINED OVER THE TOP ROPE BY RANCID!!! THP landed on his feet
outside... but again his knee buckles underneath him and he lands hard on
the
floor. Rancid steps through the ropes as THP once again struggles to get to
his feet! THP's up on his good knee as Rancid runs along the apron AND DIVES
AT THP!!!

Rhodes: BUT THP CAUGHT HIM!!! OH MY GOD!!! THP CAUGHT RANCID, AND CARRIES
HIM
AROUND... SIDEWALK SLAM ON THE STEEL STEPS!!!! GOOD GOD!! That move could've
broken Rancid's back!!! The crowd is loving this - they're seeing 2 of the
biggest names in this sport literally destroy each other! THP drops an elbow
onto Rancid's exposed throat as he's lying on those steps! And Rancid's not
moving. He may be paralyzed. OH MY!

Stallion: Now THP's raising his hand high in the air... He can't be calling
for... He is!!! THP's lifting Rancid up on those steps... Rancid's slumped
forward as THP sets him up. He has him set up here......AND OH MY
GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JACKNIFE ON THE RING STEPS!!!! JACKNIFE! Oh my.... Rancid's skull just
bounced off those steps! And THP... THP the sick bastard! MY GOD!... He's
laughing! He doesn't care. THP now rolling a motionless Rancid into the
ring. Get the
medics. Rancid's done. He's gotta have a concussion after that if not
worse... THP's in the ring now and he raises his
fist high in the air before covering Rancid.

NO!!! THP pulled him up!!!

Rhodes: What? Why? THP broke the 3 count!!! He just spat into Rancid's face
and he's now saying that "He hasn't had enough yet!" THP pulls Rancid to his
feet and whips Rancid into the corner. Rancid hit the turnbuckle at full
force! That must have knocked the wind out of him! THP walks over as Rancid
tries to turn around... and shoves a big boot in Rancid's throat!!! He's
pressing his boot right into Rancid's neck as Rancid tries to shake it off!

Stallion: Blood's dripping everywhere, especially from the back of Rancid's
head! Rancid manages to get a grip on THP's leg but the big man just applies
more pressure! Rancid has THP's boot and tries to lift his leg.... The ref's
checking that Rancid's Ok and RANCID SMASHES THE REFEREE HEAD FIRST INTO
THP!!! Both men fall backwards onto the mat as Rancid staggers forward,
holding his throat. THP's trying to get the unconscious ref off of him but
Rancid leans over him and headbutts THP! Now what's Rancid doing????

Rhodes: He's going through the ref's pockets! OH MY!!!! He's got something
in his hand... A bunch of keys?! Those must be for the cage door! A groggy
THP makes a grab for Rancid's leg but gets a boot to the face for his
troubles. Rancid now slides through the ropes to the outside. He's undoing
the padlock to the cage door as THP finally manages to roll the ref of him.
Now Rancid's got the door open! I guess he's had enough!!!

Stallion: No! He's starting to climb up the outside of the cage!!! THP's
made
it to the door now as Rancid's halfway up the cage! He's calling for THP to
follow him...THIS CROWD IS GOING NUTS! That's over 30 feet high up there!!!
THP's now climbing up the cage as Rancid climbs onto the roof. THP's having
problems though... his knee is killing him!!! Look at Rancid on the roof
AWAITING THP!!

Rhodes: GO ON RANCID! DO US ALL A FAVOR AND JUMP!!! THP's almost at the top
as Rancid stands in the middle of the cage roof. Will that top hold their
weight??? I guess we'll find out!!!

Stallion: THP now finally on the roof and Rancid is beckoning him forward.
THP charges at Rancid and goes for a clothesline... but Rancid ducks it and
nails him with a left! THP retaliates with a right and an elbow! MY GOD -
they're exchanging blows 30 feet above the ring! This is NOT going to have a
happy ending! THP's pounding on Rancid with fists and elbows... so Rancid
kicks him in his bloodied knee!!!

Rhodes: THP stumbles forward on that top steel AND RANCID DDT'S HIM!!! THP's
body bounced on the roof there...
I don't know how its holding their weight. Rancid drops an elbow onto THP!
And another! Now he's stomping on THP - is he suicidal? Does he want the
pair
of them to fall to their deaths? THP manages to roll to his feet but Rancid
was waiting.... he's gonna piledrive THP way up there! BUT THP COUNTERS
WITH
A BACK BODYDROP!!!

Stallion: Rancid's body bounced on the mesh but he's back to his feet again!
THP makes his way over to Rancid... and gets nailed with a kick to the
midsection!!! He's staggering back... and Rancid's racing over to him. THP
is getting dangerously close to the edge... and there's not an announcing
table to be seen on that side of the ring! Just a long drop to the concrete!
Rancid grabs THP by the ears and headbutts him! He punches THP square in
the
nose and the big guy staggers back... He's gonna fall...

Rhodes: THP'S LOSING HIS BALANCE... HIS ARMS ARE FLAILING. HIS FEET ARE
RIGHT
ON THE EDGE.... AND RANCID GRABS HIM BY HIS T-SHIRT! RANCID'S GOT THP BY THE
SHIRT AND HE'S GETTING READY TO HIT
THP WITH A RIGHT!!! RANCID IS THE ONLY THING HOLDING THP BETWEEN FALLING TO
HIS DEATH...AND NOW HE'S GOING TO SEND THP FLYING TO HIS DEMISE!!! HE'S
GOING
TO KILL THP!!!

Stallion: WAIT! THP JUST GRABBED RANCID BY THE THROAT... THP MOVES FORWARD
SOME....AND CHOKESLAM BY THP ONTO THE ROOF OF THE CELL!!! MY GOD!!!! Rancid
landed hard as THP falls forward away from the edge - Oh my! He landed on
Rancid and the roof is straining... its starting to give way... BOTH MEN ARE
GONNA FALL TO THEIR DOOM!!!

Rhodes: THP ROLLS OVER!!!! THE ROOF IS GIVING WAY HERE! Rancid's hanging
on!!!!!!! THP gets up as Rancid is on his knees here hanging on!!!!! And
now THP grabs Rancid here! He grabs him! And pulls him up!!!!! He's got
Rancid by the head....JACKNIFE!! JACKNIFE!!!

AND RANCID GOES THROUGH THE ROOF TO THE MAT!!!!!!!!

OH

MY

GOD!!!!

Stallion: RANCID JUST FELL 30 FEET THROUGH THE STEEL MESH TO THE RING
BELOW!!!! HE LANDED HARD AND HE'S HOLDING HIS CHEST!!! I DON'T BELIEVE IT!
Look at THP!!! He can't believe what's just happened. And now he's
laughing!!! Get the medics now! Someone put an end to this madness!!!

Rhodes: Its gotta be over!!! Look at Rancid! He's coughing up blood! He's
met
his match! THP's climbing down now... he must want a closer look at his
work!!! The ref's coming to... he's lucky he didn't get hit by Rancid! THP
drops down and makes his way round to the cage door. He walks inside as the
ref's checking on Rancid. What's the point? RANCID IS DONE! HE"S DEAD!
IT"S
OVER!

Stallion: Why's THP going back into the cage? He rolls into the ring and
drags the ref off Rancid. What's he doing? He's going to cover Rancid...
He's
standing with one foot on Rancid - I CAN'T BELIEVE THE NERVE OF THIS MAN!
THP's calling for the ref to count

3, NOOOO!!!!!!!! RANCID GOT A SHOULDER UP!!!!! MY GOD!!!!

Rhodes: WHAT??? THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE. IT CAN'T BE!!!

Stallion: It is! Rancid's starting to move... He's coughing blood all over
the mat but he's trying to get to his feet. AND THP CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!
Rancid's up to one knee now. THP's telling him to get up... He's mocking
Rancid! And Rancid's on his feet!!! He staggers back into the ropes... THEN
PROPELS HIMSELF AT THP!!!

Rhodes: But THP just scoops him up over his shoulder and charges at the
turnbuckle...SNAKE EYES!!!! OH MY!! He dropped Rancid face first onto the
turnbuckle! Rancid staggers back... he can barely stand! I don't know how
he's still standing! But this crowd is starting to get behind Ranicd
here!!!!

Stallion: THP grabs Rancid and whips him into the ropes... Rancid bounces
off
as THP raises his big boot!!! BUT RANCID DUCKS IT!!! THP TURNS
AROUND...RANCID GRABS HIM......AND RANCID NAILS HIM WITH A FACEBUSTER! MY
GOD!!!!! OUT OF NO WHERE!!!!!!

Rhodes: AND THIS CROWD IS GOING NUTS!!! Rancid inching over to make the
cover on THP HERE! THIS CROWD IS GOING NUTS! RANCID...SLOWLY...he's
bleeding uncontrollably, but he's slowly over on THP Here....HE HAS THE
COVER
ON THP!

3!!!!!!! MY GOD! IT"S OVER!!!!!

Stallion: I cannot believe it! HOW IN THE HELL!?! How in the hell did
Rancid win this one here!? He just pinned THP and this crowd is going nuts
but this whole arena is in shock! NO! NO! I don't know....I don't think
he
won! I cannot believe that this one might be over!!!!

Veronica: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of the match, eighteen minutes,
thirteen seconds, RANCID!!!!!!!!!!

Rhodes: Well! There it is right there!!!! There it is! That just made it
official! Rancid just won the matchup!!!!!! Rancid is the winner! Both
men
are bloody, and THP is starting to get up! Rancid can barely move!

Stallion: It hasn't been a very good night for THP and his ally Mad Dog
Mortimer in the Awesome Twosome! Unless they have a strong showing in the
Carnacage matchup, the only thing they can brag about tonight is holding on
to the WWC Tag Team Titles, even though they didn't defend them!

Rhodes: Very true! And Derek, ya know, we're so close to the Carnacage
matchup! OH SO CLOSE! Just moments away from that battle!

Stallion: As well as Shane Stud and Disturbed Youth, one on one for the
first time ever in the WWC, for the World Heavyweight Title! The world
awaits that classic matchup!
