Taylor of the CWA were in the crowd and got involved in the matchup. The WWC President Jon Massey had a very long night. ------ Title changes: Disturbed Youth won the WWC International Title in the Main Event over Chainsaw Charlie. ------ Babyface/heel turns: THP is full fledged face now. Frenzy apparently turned heelish towards his tag team partner Maniac. ------ Returns/Debuts: Grendel officially returned to action, facing and defeating Frenzy. Abnormal Behavior made his return and attacked Grendel following Grendel's match in a post match interview. Jon Massey reinstated AB when Grendel attacked Massey and demanded a match with AB. ------ Best match: Mighty Ryan Kelly and Larry Gionet battled it out in one of the best televised matches in a long time! The two men tore up the ring for nearly twelve minutes, with Kelly getting the DQ victory. ------ Worst match: Rick Frost versus Maniac was about as sloppy as you would expect, but at least was kept short. ------ Absurdity of the Week: The Richards brothers challenging Derek Stallion and Jesse Rhodes to a tag team match next week. Massey signing RioT/Frat Boy for next week's show, but RioT, nor Frat Boy or Mortimer doing anything to veto Massey's signing, even though they do have 75 percent of the power combined. Frenzy arguing with Maniac - another tag team breakup, only to reunite two months later? ------ Analysis/highlights: Jon Massey kicked off the show with an interview, explaining his reasoning behind what happened last week. He was interrupted by Mad Dog Mortimer, JaMeS RioT and Frat Boy. The three men said that they actually set Massey up because during the last six months, they were able to process paperwork to get 75 percent of the company power. After Massey booked a Frat Boy/JaMeS RioT and THP/Mad Dog match for next week, the three men turned around and booked Massey in a 3 on 1 handicap match next week. The three men then laid out Massey until THP made the save. THP was beaten down too and the three men left. Jago Ripley took advantage of that situation and came to the ring with a referee and pinned THP. Grendel defeated Frenzy after a piledriver on the concrete floor. After the match, Frenzy left rather disgustingly, as his partner Maniac stayed in the ring. Rick Frost came out to do battle with Maniac, and defeated Maniac after Frenzy's interference possibly and accidentally backfired. Frost beat Maniac in a chokeslam match. Ace Fireside beat Mark "The Future" Richards via DQ after Storm Richards interfered. Derek Stallion and Jesse Rhodes helped Ace out, until Rick Frost came out to make the save. The Richards brothers challenged Derek and Jesse to a match next week. THP found Jago Ripley backstage and jacknifed him through a table, before putting him out on a stretcher, winning their "official" stretcher match. Mad Dog, RioT and Frat Boy let three CWA wrestlers and the CWA president into the arena. Right before they approached Massey's door, security stopped them just in time and escorted them out. Street Punk defeated The Beast via pinfall to retain the Hardcore Title after Joe Snow interfered and caned Beast. Snow demanded a future hardcore title shot and said that's the only reason he interfered. The Jester defeated JaMeS RioT via DQ after Mad Dog Mortimer and Frat Boy interfered. The Jester was able to knock all three men out of the ring before leaving through the crowd. Rancid defeated Frat Boy via DQ after Mad Dog Mortimer and JaMeS RioT interfered and beat down Rancid. Shane Stud defended the World Title against Joe Snow and pinned him before being attacked by Larry Gionet. Gionet, Snow and Street Punk then reunited and beat down Shane Stud until Disturbed Youth and Mighty Ryan Kelly made the save for Shane. Revelation defeated Mad Dog Mortimer in a Last Man Standing match after Mortimer was jacknifed by THP over the top rope to the floor. Mighty Ryan Kelly defeated Larry Gionet via DQ after Gionet used the WWC World Title belt to hit Kelly over the back of the head with it. Disturbed Youth defeated Chainsaw Charlie to win the WWC International Title. Charlie was hit with a chair and a fireball by a fan who was revealed to be Kevin Candido, CWA World Champion, and Candido and CWA President Michael D. Taylor were escorted out, while Max Boulder and The Assassin waited for them in their limo. In the ring, Youth won the title and helped Charlie with medical attention to close out the show. ------ Grade: B. A good show with a lot going on. Not quite as good as last week's show though, but a very very strong and solid effort. Once again, the pace should be slowed down a bit and concentration put on not as many angles and storylines. The storylines should be solidified with major ones for each person in the fed but not 3-4 minor ones for everyone too. A few more weeks and this could be straightened out. Also, a few too many dq's on this show. ------ Results: Jago Ripley defeated The Hottest Prospect via Pinfall Grendel defeated Frenzy via Pinfall Rick Frost defeated Maniac in a Chokeslam Match Ace Fireside defeated Mark Richards via DQ THP defeated Jago Ripley in a Stretcher Match Street Punk defeated The Beast via Pinfall in a Hardcore title Match The Jester defeated JaMeS RioT via DQ In a TV Title Match Rancid defeated Frat Boy via DQ Shane Stud defeated Joe Snow via Pinfall in a World Title Match Revelation defeated Mad Dog Mortimer in a Last Man Standing Match Mighty Ryan Kelly defeated Larry Gionet via DQ Disturbed Youth defeated Chainsaw Charlie via Pinfall in an International Title Match
