This was created after contemplating the scripture from Joel 2:31,The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come.
This image came to the mind of the artist and he quickly made a small sketch in color markers. A few weeks later, as if some force moved to complete the vision, the artist went to work at a silk screen company where he had access to the materials to make these prints.
