No rust inside the tub.
The only cancer is around
the rear taillights. 
Rear ambulance doors.
Small dent on the left
front fender edge.
57,000 original miles. Motor was run out of oil around 45,000. ~12K on rebuild.
Front disks, 4:11's, etc. Paint is oxidized. Seats need reupholstering. Needs headliner.
Overall, I would consider it myself if I had the money. Very fixable rust.
