MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT PICTURES
9/15/02 Box 3-40 MVA/Entrapment on Vira Rd
After some of Co 10 and 3's members had just returned from training at the PSFA. Co 3, Engine 10, Rescue 6, EMS 12 were alerted for a MVA on Vira Rd. Units arrived finding 2 vehicles had hit head on 1 of which ended up in a field. 1 pt was heavily entrapped and 1 pt was confined. Both were in separate vehicles both pts were extricated within 15 min and flown to trauma centers. Engine 4 was dispatched to establish a 2nd landing zone due to the hospital helipad was already in use for the first patient.

7/17/04 Box 1-10 MVA/Entrapment at Logan Blvd and Freedom Ave
Units from Co's 1, 10, Rescue 14, EMS 12 were dispatched to this MVA units arrived finding 2 vehicles 1 to be on its side with 3 pt's 1 partially ejected the another was confined and hanging by her seatbelt. 9/11/04 Box 1-10 for a MVA on Logan Blvd
