| When do you begin on my project? Work will begin when graphic request and deposit is received. You will receive 3 samples to start with. How long will it be before I may view samples? Samples can be viewed 3 business days after deposit is made. How will I be able to view my samples? Samples will be emailed to you, so you can save them and review them at your leisure. What if I have no interest in the samples sent to me? You will receive 2 more samples after indicating what you dislike about the first 3. Please be as specific as you can. Are you able to redo a graphic I already have? Yes, We can redo your graphic from as little as changing color to updating the look. Who owns the rights to the graphics created? You, the client, own the rights to the final product sent to you in email and/or on cd. A copy will be kept if you request.
