WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN FLORIDA ? ...

A Brief Outline of Events Leading to DNC Florida Ballot Protests

by Douglas Lawyer

Item: Gore and the DNC apparently planned the "confusing butterfly ballot" protest ploy long in advance.

World Net Daily Report

Older voters who can manage 12 bingo cards at the same time cannot read an arrow? Reports now from across the nation as 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade kids have voted for Gore on the Florida butterfly ballot without any errors ....

Young Grade School Kids Have No Problems with Florida Ballot

Confusing ballots? Hanging chads? Pregnant chads? The voting instructions were passed out with every ballot. The instructions asked each voter to make sure the ballot was punched properly.

Florida Voter Instructions

The DNC appears to have cooked up the confusing ballot protest, and then used a telemarketing company to push poll Democratic voters before the polls closed in Florida. In short, the protests by Democratic voters in Palm Beach may have been driven by 5,000 telephone calls over 45 minute period on election day.

Item: From the evidence available it appears that the Clinton-Gore White House may have had a hand in arranging for that bankrupt Texas telemarketing company to be purchased by an Indian business man .... Vinod Gupta, CEO of Essar Group ..... who, just "by chance," happened to have sprung for a $ 1 million check to pay for a White House party.

DMNews Report

$ 3 million for a company $ 11 million in debt. Not a bad deal.

Item: And President Bill Clinton just happened to meet with Essar Group officials during his recent trip to India. At the time, officials in India were confused about why Clinton was visiting. Perhaps now we know one reason why Clinton flew to India.

Times of India Report

Item: Who is Vinod Gupta ?

Pride of India Report

Vinod Gupta is the CEO of Essar Group who is reported to have written a $ 1 million check for a White House party.

Of course, these transactions might be tainted with legal technicalities and complex ethical issues ..... In my opinion, the doctrine of "no controlling legal authority" appears to be striking again.

Item: The Florida election was apparently called for Gore by an independent survey group, VNS, the instant the polls closed in Eastern Florida.

According to reports, VNS survey group is owned privately by CNN, CBS, NBC, FOX, The New York Times, the Washington Post, and other news media networks.

Who is Counting Your Votes?

Of course, calling the election on the Florida East Coast, may have caused the heavily Republican residents of Florida's panhandle not to show up to vote on the West Coast (different time zone). This early "call for Gore" in Florida may have directly affected the election in Florida .... and Republican residents of the panhandle have been writing letters of protest.

Now CNN, NBC and CBS are blaming VNS for the outrageous Florida vote call. In short, a typical complex fact pattern involving major media reporting ... soon to be scheduled for Congressional hearings.

In this writer's opinion, this complex scheme to create a mess over ballots in Florida may have the masterful hands of "political genius" Bill Clinton all over it.

Item: In the meantime, were voters protesting the horrible and confusing "butterfly ballot" in California?

Of course not. Not one word in the media about the identical ballot in California where arrows caused no confusion.

Item: What about obvious conflicts of interest involving the Palm Beach County Election Board? All members are registered Democrats. Member Carol Roberts has very close personal ties with Albert Gore, Jr., and visited Mr. Gore in Washington D.C. before the election.

The Palm Beach County Election Board therefore appears to be illegally composed of people who are all members of the same political party:

Florida Stat. 102(2) Each member of the election board shall be able to read and write the English language...No election board shall be composed solely of members of one political party however, in any primary in which only one party has candidates appearing on the ballot, all clerks and inspectors may be of that party. Any person whose name appears as an opposed candidate for any office shall not be eligible to serve on an election board.

So much for the "rule of law" in Palm Beach County...

As predicted, Albert Gore, Jr. plans to be president, at any cost, regardless of the law or the Constitution.
