Equipment:
Although
personal tastes differ, the following items should be considered. Clothing:
trousers or shorts, sturdy hiking boots or light walking
shoes, sweater, light rainproof jacket or anorak and hat. Essential
Equipment: backpack 6 kg capacity Optional: sunglasses, camera, binoculars,
compass, water bottle, lip balm, sunscreen,
insect repellent.

Restrictions:
A minimum of 4 hikers - a maximum of
12 hikers. All hikers require personal accident insurance.
