MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCE MORE APPROPRIATE NAME

	May I suggest that the proposed Ministry of Manpower be named instead the 
Ministry of Human Resource? After all, women are a vital part of our labour-force.
	In acronym-mad Singapore, a side benefit of the revised name would be to spare 
our current Minister of Labour the embarrassment of becoming Singapore's first MoM in 
April.
