Jesus bore the chastisement for my sins so that I can have peace, so that I can have life, to bless me now and forever. I know that I am unworthy and sin. I seem to blow it way too often. When I recognize my sin I feel terrible. I replay it in my mind over and over. I am so happy that Jesus bore the chastisement for my sin. I pray to God and turn it over to him. I can stop and praise God, my healer.
This praise to God takes away my defeated feelings. He first loved me, so much so that he gave his life for me on the cross and took the chastisement including punishment of death for my sins.
As this love grows in me I become empowered to become Christlike. Jesus� love flows over me and I am so grateful.
