| The New Sharon Fire Company was founded in 1912. We have been protecting the lives of Deptford Township and the surrounding communities for about 90 years. We are 1 of 4 battalions serving Deptford fire Department. Our meetings are the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month and 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month are our drills New Sharon Volunteer No. 1 Deptford Battalion 4 - Delsea Drive Station provides protection for residents that live in an area of 5 square miles. We operate out of 2 other stations, Mail Ave and Tanyard Road stations, that protects primarily a residential area. Our department is a public department whose member status is volunteer. |
