Since there are so many pieces, you may want to use a cutting board to cut them out. Use a color printer if possible. You will probably want to place the colored pawns on cardboard so that they stand upright.
Your next step is to design the board. That's right; we're not helping you with everything! This is a family project, remember? But, if you need a little help, I guess we'll show the board soon.
