What does it cost?
Cost is based on several factors including; consulting personnel, any required travel time, travel, meal and accomodation expenses, preparation of reports, any other fees as outlined in our guaranteed quote.
Is is necessary for us to bring you to the site?
It depends on the type of service you need. If you want a review of your design and suggestions for improvement, that work can be done by shipping samples to us. If you need a complete organizational or operational review, it would be necessary to visit your facility.
Who are your consultants?
Our consultants are independent contractors. We include information about the consultants in our tender for the services you require. The consultants involved will depend such things as your specific needs, location and the expertise required. We contract with consultants in several Canadian provinces and U.S. states.
I am concerned about confidentiality. How am I protected?
We sign a contract with you guaranteeing information will not be shared with anyone not specifically designated by you in the contract. If we have a contract with you, we guarantee you exclusivity in your field in your market.
