     3rd Overtune XTAL Oscillator

當 PC 的 CPU 速度跑到 500 MHz, Clock Generator 一定是
3rd Overtune XTAL Oscillator 將 frequency 弄到 75MH以上﹐ 再用 PLL 將
CLOCK frequency 開到 500 MHz.

     FILTER 就是振盪器﹗﹗只對其中一個頻率選擇性的放大與以振盪

     振盪器有多種不同用法﹕

      光電的 Unified Approach:

       在電的信號振盪器稱“FILTER”

       在光的信號振盪器稱“LASER(雷射)”﹕
       這也就是唐明所以能從“電”跨足“光”大搞“雷射”
       搞得哈佛物理博士雷射權威指導教授王適看得都傻了﹗

      這三種頻率搶著放大﹐但在“累積”“級數”效應下﹐很快的
      fundamental frequency fo 的 f1 “主流派”頻率會“拳頭大”的把
      f_2,f_3 “非主流”都壓下去﹐
      在國民黨這包山包海包一切的大振盪器中﹐只剩下 murmur 的
      “黨國大老”無足輕重的“噪音” “NOISE” level,

      主流頻率是在 25MHz 以下

      XTAL Oscillator 在 55MHz 以上都用 3rd Overtune
      業就是要把 主流頻率f_1, f_2 全“drian”掉“短路掉”

      只剩下“非主流”的 3rd overtune frequency f_3 在振盪器中獨享資源,
      也就是把 f_1 的連戰﹐ f_2的 宋楚瑜都作掉﹐ 然後“和平移轉政權 - 振盪器”
      給  f_3 陳水扁﹗

      “政治運作”的“選擇性辦案”“選擇性斷路”是﹕

      這就是“興票案”的“選擇性抹黑-大爆國民黨黑金內幕”

      f_1連戰,f_2宋楚瑜 都是國民黨都向下沉淪到 Ground;

但在“玄”了以後的“抽象”知識﹐使用上更困難了﹐沒有實證的示範例子﹐
初學的﹐簡直不知如何下手動刀來解構繁雜問題﹗
“非“知”者難﹐而是所用者難﹗”
知道﹐並不是表示你能用出來﹗﹗﹗專科生知道﹐但專科生絕對使不出來﹐
因為最重要最困難的是“Recognize the problem”“Formalize the problem”
而不是 “Solve the problem”...

連題目都沒看懂﹐就倒下了﹔連CIA衣角都沒摸著﹐就躺在地了...
就把中華民國的政權丟掉了﹐中華民國亡了﹐
就是亡在像 UNI SYSTEM 這種“半調子”的人手中﹗

“非“才”者難﹐而是所用者難﹗”﹐知道“才(學術)”並不難﹐
難在你如何拿他來應用處理實際問題﹗
