Purpose:
The guidebook is designed to give parents of boys in Troop 316 an idea of how the troop functions. It is not intended to be a written set of rules or regulations but guidelines to follow for the smooth operation of the troop. Troop 316 and its leaders believe in following the policies and procedures as set forth by the Boy Scouts of America and further by the Tukabatchee Area Council. Although this book will contain most of the information that you will need we believe that active parent participation in troop activities is the best way for learning and staying informed. |
