What To DO
On Arrival & Before Leaving
What to do when you arrive:
- If burning a fire, open the fireplace damper!
- SLOW DOWN AND RELAX!!!
What to do before you leave:
- Cut off all appliances, lights, stereo, TV.
- Turn the thermostat to 48 degrees. It is located on the wall in the kitchen.
- Clean out fireplace coals, place the coals in the metal can under the porch, and replace the lid on the can.
- Close fireplace damper.
- Lock all windows and doors.
- Replace the spare key.
