9.4. Regional Organisers are the co-ordinators of Branch activities within their region.

9.5. Regional Organisers are the primary contact for Branch Chairmen within their region.

10. BRANCHES, BRANCH COMMITTEES

10.1. The local Branch is the basic organ of the movement.

10.2. The minimum number of members required to form a Branch is three.

10.3. A Branch will be led by a Branch Chairman who will be elected by the Branch membership.

10.4. The position of Branch Chairman will be subject to annual election.

10.5. A Branch Committee will be elected from the membership, including: (a) Branch Vice-Chairman, (b) Branch Secretary/Treasurer, (c) Other positions as the Branch develops including Branch Security and Intelligence Officers.

11.5. Branch Chairmen are responsible for taking decisions, views and concerns of their Branch Committees to the Regional Committee for deliberation.

12. CONDUCT

12.1. Members of NR are expected to conduct themselves in an honourable manner and carry themselves with dignity and self-respect.

12.2. All members must be conscious that they are the front line for our people and culture and we will be continually under the scrutiny of those who oppose us.

12.3. Racial abuse, whether physical or verbal, or vandalism directed at religious or ethnic objects is not acceptable to the NR. Such actions as the desecration of Jewish graves and of Mosques or the vandalism of Maori monuments have already served to advance the liberal, anti-white agenda, giving impetus for e.g. to the "Hate Speech Bill;" besides which such actions denote the coward and are unbefitting of our forebears.

12.4. All members must respect the law, and the person and property of others, and co-operate with any reasonable request from the police.

12.5. Members are expected to refrain from trying to enter into argument, ‘dialogue’ or ‘debate’ with opponents. This includes dialogue on Left-wing internet forums. The Left is not interested in intelligent dialogue, but only in gathering information with which to slander the Right. This they have done with effect in the past, due to the naivete or stupidity of some.

12.6. No member may speak on behalf of NR or identify himself as a member of NR to the news media without the expressed permission of a Regional Organiser or the National Chairman.

12.7. Tidy appearance and reserved speech and courtesy is expected at all times on NR activities, regardless of the provocation, keeping in mind that self-defence is legitimate. There must be no swearing. Activists must be mindful not to block the free flow of pedestrian or vehicle traffic. Such standards are to be maintained even in a member’s personal life where a slackening of conduct might still reflect on the NR. There have been examples where a Right-wing activity has been successfully concluded only to be undermined by the yobbishness of supporters after the event, which has nonetheless reflected on the Right. The National Committee and officers of New Right will not extend a tolerant attitude towards such behaviour.

12.8. Alcoholic intoxication is not permitted at any NR function, whether public or private.

12.9. No member may indulge in narcotics of any type, including so-called ‘soft drugs’ such as marijuana. If marijuana-taking is an issue for potential members, they are welcome to join some Left-wing organisation as marijuana, regardless of its supposed harmlessness, is one aspect of the whole liberal outlook against which NR is rebelling.

12.10. No emblems other than the NR designated Celtic Cross insignia and the NZ flag are to be displayed at NR functions. All emblems, flags etc are obtainable from the National Office.

12.11. Where members have tattoos of an inappropriate type, such as swastikas, these are to be covered. The news media focus on such symbols, including tattoos, to undermine the credibility of the Right.

12.12. New Right is a New Zealand Nationalist movement, although conscious of the world-wide struggle for European Civilisation. The promotion of neo-nazism via the NR is unacceptable, and members should be mindful of this even at members-only events; although private study of and interest in such aspects of history and politics is the personal prerogative of members as no areas of history and politics should be beyond study.

12.13. NR rejects any and all symbols reminiscent of Nazism, including slogans and ‘nazi’ salutes.

12.14. NR does not foster the ‘skinhead’ style. If ‘skinheads’ have a genuine commitment to NR political objectives, they are obliged to leave this style behind when on NR activities.

13. DISCIPLINE

13.1. Should any member fall short of the standards expected, it is the duty of the Branch Chairman or Regional Organiser to assist the member with overcoming such failings.

13.2. Any Branch office holder or Regional Organiser may initiate disciplinary actions towards any subordinate member.

13.3. A subordinate member who has a grievance or concern regarding an office-holder may address his concern to the Regional Organiser. In the case of the Regional organiser being the subject involved, the member may take his concerns directly to the National Chairman.

13.4. Any disciplinary decision may be subject to review by taking the grievance to the National Chairman.

13.5. Disciplinary action might include: (a) Suspension of membership for a designated time, (b) Expulsion, (c) Written warning, (d) Decline of membership after the probationary period.

13.6. National Committee is authorised to expel, replace, or change any member’s position.

13.7. In any case where an officer has personal involvement he may not participate in disciplinary proceedings.

14. AFFILIATIONS

14.1. Only the National Committee may authorise any official association with any other organisation. Any organisation that requests association with us shall be reviewed by the National Committee as to suitability.

14.2. The National Committee might create ad hoc committees and single issue groups as the need arises.

15. AMENDMENTS AND INTERPRETATION

15.1. Only the National Committee may amend this constitution.

15.2. Any question regarding the meaning or interpretation of this Constitution can be requested in writing from the National Office.
