Setup, Plan, and Execution

(richie pulls out a nife and slices the neck of Crash. he wipes the nife blood on the jacked of crash followed by puting the nife away and geting out the car*******both Richie and Jay have gloves on*******the scene fades as Jay and Richie look at each other with a smurk as Richie begins to talk)
Richie-thanks Jay, were even!
Jay-yea i was wondering when u would want me to pay u back for introducing me to my wife!(chuckles a little bit)
Richie-well u know me i dont waste favors
Jay-so what are u gonna do, u just handed Holio the city by killing the only other boss in Crash?
Richie-well didn't anyone ever tell u that once one tyrant falls another one rises?
Jay-does that mean that ur taking over shop?
Richie-more then that, i am expanding to take over some of his teritory.
Jay-well i can set u up with all Crash's connects since i have been at his side for 4 years now i know all the people he works with and i can convince most of them that u can run the buisness better then him.
Richie-ok man u do that, and call me tommorow once u get most of his people mobilizied at the hideout. i'm puting u second incharge of everything
Jay-i think my wife will like that.
Richie-yea that and the 200,000 pay raise from what u make now. but i gotta role i have some buisness to take care of!

(Richie leaves out the allyway and takes the bus to Holio's place were he has another job to do and is getting instructions on it now)
Holio-i'm glad u didnt stray far Rich my boy because i was gonna make u pay for it if i had to find u again

Holio-well u must have excepted ur fate or something because u signed a death warrent.
Richie-no u've signed a decloration to war with Crash's gang and organization if u kill me because i am under there protection now
Holio-what? u owe him money too so why would he put u under his protection?
Richie-thats not ur concern, but the fact that u will jepordise ur buisness is so i think u should let me out right now

(Two cronies of Holio grab Richie and start to pistle wip him around the room followed by holding him in a chair and punching him in the face and chest.)
Holio-u know what i am gonna call Crash and find out whats going on
(calls Crash's cell phone and Jay picks up)
Jay-who dis
Holio-this Holio Alfrado, who da hell is this i wanna talk to Crash
Jay-well he is out put i'm second incharge, what u need

Holio-shit!! ok when Crash gets back tell him i want a meeting, say tommorow afternoon

(Holio thro's the cell phone and starts cursing before he begins to speak)

Holio-he's under protection from Crash and them. i am meetin up with crash tommorow because he is gonna have to pay Richies bill
Richie-haha nice seeing u Holio, hope ur meeting goes well

(Richie leaves and makes his way to the Holiday Inn were he picks up his car and goes to a flower shop and gets some red & white roses. after picking the roses up he goes to the hospital and sneaks around and behind the front desk were Janet is, he takes janet from behind with one arm around the hip and the other showing her the roses in her face)
Janet-aww baby u got me roses
Richie-i want to show u for every minute i was gone that i am not going again because i love u
Janet-i love u too
(he kisses her and she says that he has to go before she gets in trouble because she's at work. he says that he wants to meet her after work because he wants to show her something he got. she says ok and to pick her up at 7:00........he leaves and drives to Sams were he buys a mini frigerator and after that he goes to the house he bought and lays a blanket down and puts some wine in the fridge he bought and also he sets up a mini sound system and puts some cd's in.....................after setting up for the night he makes his way to the hospital and picks Janet up, he blindfolds her with a bandana followed by driving to the house. he gets out the car and goes to her door were he steers her towards the front door followed by taking her inside and unblindfolding her)
Janet-where are we
Richie-this is are house baby
Janet-our house
Richie-yea i bought us a new house
(Janet looks outside and see's were they are and the sold sign up)
Janet-oh my god, ur not playin with me, u bought us a house
(Janet screams and hugs Richie followed by running around to diffrent rooms and places in the house till she looks at the living room were he set up for them and she goes and kisses him again)
Richie-this is so u always know were i'm coming back to! the same place u are
Janet-home!(she smiles)
Richie-why dont we listen to a little music
(Richie grabs a control from on top of the fireplace ledge and turns a usher/alicia keys/R Kelly mixed cd on.....its about 9pm by now and there laying there talking)
Richie-so how was work?
Janet-i think i might become a private nurse because its hard to see so many people hurting every day and not be able to help so many, i think if i focused on one person i could be more effective in my job. what do u think
Richie-well u know whatever u do i'll support u but i think u would be great as a private nurse to the elderly or to sick children because u have so much love to give. u dont look at it as only a job but as a way to give back to community, to ur people but mainly just to help people, thats one reason why i think u can do anything.
Janet-why?
Richie-because u put ur heart into everything u wanna do!

Richie wakes up at 11:30am and relises he has to get to Crash's old place, and calls a cab. he gets there and he begins to talk to all of the people that Jay mobalized from Crash's organization so they can meet the new boss. Richie Begins to talk to everyone)
Richie-well u might be wondering who the fuck is this, were is Crash, well i can asure u he is not in a better place and i can also promise u that i am because i am the new president, boss whatever u want to call it of his organization and i will be making things better for u, i wont be the pussy he was, because unlike him i am not scared of Holio Alfrado and his people, i am not affraid of the Hasians, i aint scared of no body and i have no problem with any of u if u feel up to it taking there territorty because u think u can make more money from in then do it, if they bother u then rob them. i want u out there making as much money as u can and i will deal with Holio and he Hatians, all u worry about it making money for me u and the organization. thats the way it goes, me u and then the company. the truce between us and the other gangs is over because theres not enough money in just our area for a greedy motherF**ker like me, so we are expanding to all of philly period and if u are scared of a little blood sheed then walk out now because that all i got to say
(no one moves and Jay leaves the room for a second and appon returning has Holio and 5 of his guys with him. everyone in the big room for the meeting is surprised except Jay and Richie who remember he is suppose to come but when Holio see's Richie at the front he says what the hell as Richie begins to speak again)
Richie-i bet ur sorry u roughed me up with ur goons now arnt u?. its ok tho because i dont hold grudges but i do have some news for u
Holio-what? were's Crash?
Richie-i sent Crash on a long sleep that he wont wake up from
Holio-what?
Richie-yea u heard me and not only have i killed him but i'm ur new competition, and when i tell u that i mean competition because the truce u and Crash shared is over and the buisness u took from us is no longer gonna happen because from today on all selling boarders are open and anything goes
Holio-u cant do that?
Richie-i think the 100 plus people in this room would disagree now do u have a problem Alfredos.(he begins to laugh)
Holio(has a disgusted look on his face)-naw no problem, i'll be seein u again soon Rich
Richie-yea maybe sooner that u think(he says with a smurk)
(Holio leaves back out the door he came as all the poeple in the room from Crash's old gang like how Richie just punked out Holio and made him backdown. they are imbracing him as there new boss and leader as someone who will bring them an abundance of money)
(back at the hospital Janet has the car of Richie still and is about to go to lunch but first she has some boxes and she is puting them in the trunk and when she opens the trunk with the key her eyes get real wide as she see's a trunk full of something that surprises her)
