Resolved. That the tender of Mr Coffee to revalue the entire rateable hereditaments of the Newport Union at the remuneration of One Hundred Pounds be accepted. The Valuation to be completed by the 1 st August 1850.
Ordered. That the Clerk write to Mr Coffee to attend at the Boardroom on Monday next and to bring with him his testimonials and to be fully prepared to sign his bonds in order that he may commence the valuation forthwith.
