We arrived at Alpine Valley that afternoon with 42 happy people on the bus ready to enjoy a great day in the sun and under the stars. Late that evening as 41 exhausted but happy Jimmy Buffett fans prepared to return home. The big question was, "Where's ED?"

People went on a hunt for our lost mate. Checking all of the usual places and the not so usual. But alas, one hour and 15 mins after the show ended we had to make a tough decision, WE WANTED TO GO HOME, so we had our bus driver leave the parking lot.

So where was Ed?

Our little wandering traveler somehow found his way to the Windy City that night! But happily, a friendly group of Chicago Parrotheads (are there any other kind?) helped Ed end his wandering journey, when on a sunny Sunday morning  they waved farewell to Ed at the Chicago Amtrak station as he headed North to the land of the Cheeseheads.
