| Please come worship with us! You are more than welcome to attend our sorship service or any other programs we offer. You need not be a member to attend. |
| Should you decide to become a member of the New Orleans First Seventh-day Adventist Church you may do so by: 1. Transfer of membership. If you are a Seventh-day Adventist, you can simply request through us that your membership be moved from the church where you are presently a member a. Contact us with your decision by one of several methods: --Advise the church clerk. --Send us an e-mail message: [email protected] --Phone the church office: (504) 885-7000 --Fill out a card from the back of the pew and give it to the pastor or place it in the offering plate. b. Upon completion of this process and the church receiving your letter of membership, you will be received into membership. 2. If you are not presently a Seventh-day Adventist, you can become a member in one of two ways: a. Baptism. The pastor will be happy to meet with you and prepare you for baptism. b. Profession of Faith If you have already been baptized by immersion, you have the option of becoming a member by profession of faith. The pastor would then prepare you for membership.
