I was 10 years old when I read one of the famous Thai novels about a woman who worked at the United Nations in New York and fell in love with the Thai diplomat!.

I was so inspired by the novel. Later, I have set a goal for my life that I would work at the UN! After I graduated B.A. in History in Thailand, I decided to continue M.A. in International Studies in England believing that it would be benificial to my dream job!

When I finished my Master Degree and returned home in 1996 (one year before the economic crisis in Thailand), it was definitely a bad timing! The economic problems hit the UN due to unpaid donation of the members which led to no more job vacancy available. After a few months of trials and errors, I finally got a place in one of the Goverment Agencies of Thailand. Though it is not my dream job at the UN, it is even a better one. :-) It offers great opportunity to move around and work in different countries! I do not focus on working with the UN, but being a world traveller!! (Thank god I have found Jasper, my partner in crime who is willing to travel around the world with me!).
