* Unique schedule to be announced for the week of Conference Championships, July 20-22. Swimmers will be notified on July 14th about attending conference practice.
** Rookies include 5-8 year old swimmers who are NOT yet able to swim 25 meters of all four strokes, or who do not yet feel ready to swim in a meet. They need to be able to float ON THEIR OWN.
*** 8 & unders must be able to swim all four strokes (Free, Back, Breast, Fly). If you have questions,
