Bishop Robert L. Regester Senior Pastor
	Bishop Robert L. Regester was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 5, 1955.  He is the son of Lorenzo Regester and Mary Morgan, who have both gone to be with the Lord.  Bishop Regester is the brother of two wonderful sisters, Judge Vanessa E. Bogan and Mrs. Debra H. Reaves-Bey. New York was his home until he enlisted in the US Army and proudly served his country for over 13 years.  He continued to work for the U. S. Government until completing a total of 21 years of government service.  His overseas travel were Germany, Japan, Greece, England, Korea, Panama and Venezuela. He met his lovely and anointed wife the former Sila M. Soto while they were both stationed in New York City.  They were married in Panama City, Panama in 1989.  He is the father of Robert, Rosline, Stephanie and Marc. While living in Caracas, Venezuela Bishop Regester was saved, filled with the Holy Spirit and called to Ministry.  In 1996 he was ordained into ministry by Bishop Juan Edghil of Guyana, South America.  He was the founder and Pastor of Lighthouse Church, Instituto Femenino (Women's Prison), Los Teques, Venezuela. Diring this time of Pastoring over 100 women were saved, delivered and set free.  He was also the Associate Pastor of the Miracle Church, Caracas, Venezuela. February 1998 Bishop Regester began a new ministry work out of his home where New Life Christian Fellowship of Tampa, Florida was born.  With  just two members and his family he began to Pastor.  Within seven months the church moved to its first building, a storefront.  In less than two years the church grew so that New Life would once again have to move to a larger facility. November 2000 New Life moved to its new location and became a bilingual church, New Life Christian Fellowship/Iglesia Nueva Vida. From this vision four new ministries were born here in Tamapa, Florida. Those from among you shall build the old waste places; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations;  and you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell in. Isaiah 58:12
