Physical Description: Perry has sort golden-brown hair that�s got lovely volume and body to it and falls to her mid-back. A slim figure, with curves but small ones; very fit as she is rigorous about keeping in shape, she loves to run, ride on horseback and swim. Her eyes are a hazel, round and sparkling, but hidden behind with wire-rim spectacles she wears. Her skin is smooth and tanned evenly. She stands at about 5�7� and weighs 135, firmly packed in muscle. For all that Perry could be stunning, she dresses conservatively and is a bit of a �hidden beauty.�

Personality: Meticulous to the last drop. Everything about Perry is ordered, straightforward and business-like. Formal to everyone, respectful, never loses her temper, but makes her retorts and rebuttals with facts. It�s hard to find a crack in her well-researched cases, but if one does and it�s legit, she will admit to being wrong and move on. Very little hangs on her conscience. Some people can be put off by her seemingly cold demeanor, but she is very reasonable, and reason-driven. Fascinated by the facets of human psychology, sociology, law, history � she wants to know everything. Constantly reading, researching and taking things to memory (she has a nearly-photographic memory). Respectful and so forth.

Background: Born at First Centauri, Perry was always very reasonable and formal. She grew up always wanting to study, learn, know more. She excelled at school, was fascinated by everything fact- and human-driven. People and society were amazing to her, and she always wanted to learn more about them. But she also found she had a very strict sense of �rules are there for a reason.� And so it was natural that she developed an early interest in law, and planned always to study that. She graduated early from undergraduate, and entered law school at 19. Shortly thereafter, she heard of the Pern expedition, and after some thought, signed up, planning to continue her studies there. A new world, entirely? It would need laws, those who knew them, and like everything else, would be fascinating. Off she went to explore and learn and help found a new world.

Upon arriving, she did continue her studies of what would be the new legal system of Pern, and by 25 was a full-fledged Legist in her own right. She went with the group who founded Araby Hold, living there and helping to set up the society and its rules, deliberating on cases when needed and so forth. With the announcement of the Dragon Project, she again became fascinated, but had work to do at Araby. Finally, after hearing of the surprising first Hatching, she moved to New Landing and applied to be a candidate. The Project was having some issues and disagreements involving contracts that had been signed and so forth. Perry was eager to help in that domain, as well as possibly have one of these creatures of her own to learn from and study.

Family/Friends: She was the only one in her family to come to Pern, so really no one.
