November 16th 11pm  (after the ZTA vote and before the SUP vote)
Weaver thanked the hundreds of people who had expressed their visions for Fluvanna County.
I am here to represent all of you, even though I am a transplant, he said.
He then told the board that he had information regarding improper conduct by at least one person regarding county business. He said that it had occurred in the past ten days and had a major effect on the public hearings on the power plant. However, he would not give any details.
If I reveal the nature of this, I could be removed from office, he said. To my knowledge, all the board members except one are aware of this transgression. If I had done what someone else has done, I would be history.
The Tenaska Correspondence behind the scenes without the citizens knowlege or access to the information.
ALL The citizens (and some board members ) knew was this memo and that 34th condition.(Fred's concern?)
How do you feel about the county dealings going on behind closed doors, closed conferences, and closed email systems??? And then witholding the information for as long as possible?
