Todd joined New Image in 2002 for Fall Ball in Middleton, WI and helped New Image win its fourth consecutive Fall Ball Championship. Todd started playing in 2001 for Whitehouse and Ideal Tap. With Ideal Tap folding after the 2002 season, New Image picked up the speedy second baseman. #22 also continues to play for Whitehouse. In 2003, Burlage played on the team that won first place in the Stockton, IL fastpitch tournament. Burlage also played on the New Image team that traveled to College Station, Texas to compete in the ASA Class "C" National Tournament.
...In 2004 Todd played on the Wednesday Night League team that finished first. He also was named First Team "AA" All State at the Wisconsin NAFA "AA" State Tournament when New Image finished second. Todd played on the New Image team that finished fifth at the NAFA "AA" World Series in Hutchinson, Kansas. Todd also traveled to Las Vegas to play with New Image during the fall tournament.
...In 2005, Todd played on the 4th Place New Image team at the NAFA "AA" World Series in Mankato, Minnesota. He also played on the 13th place team at the ASA Class B National Tournament in Decatur, Illinois. Todd also was a member during the NAFA "AA" State Tournament when New Image was co-champs.
