She gave birth in Kelly's during the snow storm, and had a baby girl. She wasn't ready to have a baby so she gave the baby to Sam. Sam and Jason are raising her children and named her Hope. Then she decided she wanted to take her baby back but instead her Grandma came and talked to Jason & Sam about raising baby Hope. Bridget then left the show.
