3/8 - Well, its been almost a year and there still really isn't much to say. Thank you to everyone who came to our first show back on the 7th. We are throwing a CD release party at Street Scene on the 21st of March. Minor Setback will also accompany us as well as a few other bands. -Chris 7/4- Not really much going on lately. We are looking into putting together quite a few shows in the upcoming weeks so check back often for updates on the shows page. Otherwise nothing worth talking about. -Chris 6/3- Well, school is out now and we are planning some shows for the summer. The show at the Big Barn was completely amazing. So much talent. Everyone should pick up No Escapes new demo; it is completely incredible. Another good release is Endwell's "On My Way" Sorry about the site crashing, we are trying to get things back together. If you liked us on the 31st please sign our guestbook. Thank you everyone who made it out and thank you Pasty White Boyz for setting it up. -Chris 5/14- We had fun playing the show at the Skylight Exchange over the weekend. Thanx for those who made it out, even though it was Mother's Day and Sunday as well. Leave a comment in the guestbook about it if you would like. -Chris 4/26- Sorry it's been awhile since I've updated this. We are finally going into the studio next saturday and you can expect the cd out in about 3 weeks. We are prolly gonna release it on the 31st at the big show at the grange hall. Check out the lyrics too. Sign the guest book and leave a comment about them, or anything else. -Chris 4/10- What up? We have some new pictures up but I was really in a big hurry so they suck the fur off a zebras nuts. I will fix them better when I get the chance. Also, we are playin this saturday at Billy Perkin's house at about 7:00 pm. It's nothin big but if u wanna come out, find me and I'll give you directions. - Chris 4/7- Thanx to all those that showed your support by coming to Peter's house last nite. It was a really fun show even though I sucked at everything I did again. We are finally fixing to begin our recording so be sure to pick up the release when it comes out. From now on, everyone bring a friend to the shows. There isnt really anything new to say except thahnk u for your undying support. I truly dont know why u guys continuue to put yourself through the agony. -Chris 3/30- Alot of talent was at Street Scene last nite. One.Hundred.Strong rocked the house and everyone should pick up their release coming out next month. Also, keep an eye on the boys from Something Like Falling. They are extremely catchy but without being wimpy. They have alot of edge but at the same, have a pop-punk sound that is so popular now so watch out for them, they have alot of talent. The band that filled in for Minor Setback was Westfolia. I don't know how to describe them. They had a fiddle but they weren't country. There guitars were distorted and they had emotional vocals but they weren't emo or pop-punk. Overall it was a different sound but not a bad sound. It will take a few listens to fully get a feel for it. Lastly, we would like to think everyone who came out and showed their support. It means more than the world to us when you spend your Friday night watching us do something we love to do. Please try to come to Peter Rhem's house saturday the 6th to watch us, the Pasty White Boyz, and No Escape. Love to all the fans, -Chris 3/28- Whats up guys? Thank you everyone who is planning on coming out tomorrow nite. Be sure to pick up Taking Back Sunday's new full length which was just released 2 days ago. Also, we are looking for street team members, so those interested can come talk to me at school or at the show or whenever. Not really much else to say. We will try to do 2 more originals at the show but it has been truly hectic trying to get the new bassist ready; hes only been with us for about a week and a half. -Chris 3/25- It now seems as though Minor Setback won't be able to play our the Street Scene show now. Everythong is really hectic; we're trying to get our new bassist ready and get the new songs down. Everyone remember to come out and see the show still on Friday the 29th. Also, Damn whoever said that Brand New was playing both nites at GO! cause they only played Sunday. -Chris 3/22- We have one picture up now...sorry. Everyone be sure to come out to GO! tomorrow nite to see Brand New and Show Off. They are 2 really great bands and its not very expensive. Also, support GIRL and the local scene by coming to the Cat's Cradle tonite at 8:00; it's only 7 bucks. - Chris |
