| What will my
course, 'STEPPING STONE' do for you? This course will give you the knowledge of what is needed to know
to becoming a Building Manager and a
Superintendent. Starting from, 'How To Create Your Office', to 'How To Create Your Notices'. There is a lot to learn about taking care of any size buildings and each building is different from the other, such as what is all involved when it is time to clean, or how to keep a cleaning supply, renting apartments and collecting the rent. What about the lease, do you know about the Fire and Safety procedures and how you should log in the information. My course has lots of information and helpful ideas to help you as a Building Manager as well as a Superintendent. Nearly everything I talk about in this course has been our experience working our way up the ladder too and it has been our experience to know there are a lot of buildings out there waiting for you. There are a lot of new experiences to learn and new ideas for your future too. There are fun exercises in the course to guide you along the way. My favorite part in the course is creating the notices because you can be so creative and still get the message out to whatever the situation may be. Everyday and everynight there are always unexpected events. I hope this will be helpful in your journey as this has been for us.
