| March of 1995 was the beginning of finding a new job. I created,
experienced and wrote a course to help myself find new employment within my restrictions due to an injury.
I was to search for a job relating to sales and retailing. I had already accomplished every question and every exercise in my
book while regular job hunting, only to discover that I had actually created a course in which I wanted to have published, For my outcome, experience has taught
me that I am a designer and I founded C T & S DESIGNS.

| All the information, questions and exercises which I put together were to help me find work. There are a lot of department stores and related employment listed in my book for example, where I gave out my resumes and received no replies from them.

| I strongly believe with my own experience during this course I have created, that others will benefit too.
We have surrounding unemployment offices and help centres which hold short courses for people finding jobs, which is listed in my book under cities and towns. We have grade nine students making their future decisions as well. We have
schools for adults making decisions for their future. My course helped me. I know and believe my course will help others. This course I developed gave me direction. I know you will find your direction by taking my course. This has been fun to do.

I have accomplished and learned
more while experiencing my course. I designed blueprints for a second book, a children's coloring book as well as hand gift bags, placemats, tablecloths and more.
