A Myzery Roleplay
The scene opens up inside the living room of Myzery’s Detroit home. Inside, Myzery sits alone watching a taped episode of “That 70’s Show” when theres a knock on the door. Myzery checks his watch and walks towards the door. Myzery opens the door to find Jordan Jackson standing next to a cameraman on the front porch. Myzery steps aside and lets the two enter his house. Myzery closes the door behind them and shows them to the living room. The cameraman sets his camera up and everyone gets ready for the interview.

Jordan: Well, Myzery, let me start by thanking you for allowing us to come into your house for the interview today. I know it is pretty early in the morning but I wanted to make sure I caught you before you went out for the day.

Myzery: I thank you for coming Jordan. Welcome to my home. I am a little pressed for time today so, not to be rude or anything but lets get this interview going. I have to meet the other members of U.M.S. in about an hour.

Jordan: Ok sure thing Myzery. First question. Who was most instrumental in bringing you into wrestling?

Myzery: Hmm, that’s a tough one. Lets start at the beginning. I grew up in the outskirts of Detroit. In the inner city of Detroit, there was once a small promotion named “Wrestleville”. I didn’t wrestle at all. I was part of the ring crew. My best friend was half of the tag team champions. He is the one that got me the job on the ring crew. During the show, the president of the company, Kyle Kidman ran into a little bit of a problem. His Lightweight Champion walked out of the promotion on bad terms and he had no one to take his place. At the beginning of the show, Kyle announced that the Lightweight title was now vacant and there would be a tournament to crown the new champion. The only problem is that he only had 3 Lightweights. At that time, I wasn’t what I am now. I was a bean pole. So Kyle came to me and begged me to wrestle in the tournament. I didn’t want to do it at all. Wrestleville was only a part time job and I didn’t want to do anything to mess up my day job. I told Kyle the only way I would wrestle is if he gave me the championship. If he helped me win the Championship, I would be in the mini-tournament. I figured he wouldn’t want to put the title on anyone who had never wrestled a match before. To my dismay, he agreed and I had my first professional fight. I went out and won the title and never looked back.

Jordan: Ok well, Who trained you?

Myzery: That would be Ken Jacobs AKA Corrosive Ken. After I won the title, I turned it over to a friend of mine a few matches later and never stepped foot in the wrestleville ring again. In the mean time, Ken saw my few matches and offered to train me for free at his training facility “Corrosive Dojo”. I relocated to Denver Colorado and attended his school for 6 months.

Jordan: Where, When and Who was your first match?

Myzery: Wow, I thought I didn’t have to think in this interview!?!? HAHA anyways. Well, My first match was against Jeremy Powers in the Lightweight tournament I told you about earlier. That was in November of 1997.

Jordan: How long do you see yourself wrestling?

Myzery: Well, barring any serious injury’s at least another 15 years. I know it sounds like a lot but I’ve only been wrestling for 4 years. Believe it or not, I am only 21 years old. I have made a name for myself in a very short time and I plan on keeping my legacy going for a long time.

Jordan: What was your all time favorite match?

Myzery: Well, that would have to be WWF Intercontinental Championship match between Randy Savage and Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat quite a few years back. My favorite personal match just took place a few months ago in DRWF between myself and Enforcer for the DRWF Heavyweight Championship. Even though it ended in a time limit draw, I thought it was the best.

Jordan: What injuries have you sustained due to wrestling?

Myzery: Wow, I don’t know if I have time to name them all. The worst injury I had occurred in a match for SCWF. It was a stable match with the ring raised 20 feet off of the ground. I was the last man standing from my stable and there was only one remaining from the other stable. I tossed the guy over the top rope and he pulled me over with him. Fortunately for me, the other guy broke my fall and I only broke my right shoulder, right leg and a few ribs on the right side. Other than that, just a few bumps, bruises and cuts.

Jordan: If you could wrestle anyone past or present, who would it be?

Myzery: Well, there would be two. I would love to fight “Superfly” Jimmy Snuka in a cage match at Madison Square Gardens. The second guy I would like to fight would be Mr. Late Nite of the DRWF. Fighting Jimmy is obvious. The reason why I want to fight MLN is because he always runs his mouth and never shows up to back it up!

Jordan: Well, since you brought up MLN, you do get to fight his this weekend at the DRWF PPV entitled Hatred.

Myzery: Yes Jordan your exactly right. Believe me, I’m counting down the minutes until I get my hands around his neck.

Jordan: He seems to be talking a lot of trash when and if he mentions your name. I caught his most recent promo. He was talking about the spelling of your name and that you didn’t measure up to him. Any comments?

Myzery: I believe Bobby Heenan said that about me. But regardless of that, MLN is still running his mouth. You have to remember one thing Jordan. Mr. Late Nite is nothing more than a glorified loser. He has never amounted to anything and he never will. He is a bore to watch. I cant watch his promos or even his syndicated shit show. He says the same thing over and over. Myzery isn’t as good as me. Myzery is chasing me but he cant catch me. Myzery this…Myzery that. All he does all day is hang out with and train with either the old washed up guys or the guys who were just glorified jobbers In the WWF. Wow he really impresses me by hanging out with the old fossils. I sat back and thought about this one day. I thought to myself, where do I want to be in a few years. My answer was actively participating in the ring without being like MLN.

Jordan: What do you mean Myz?

Myzery: Let me ask you a question now. Where is Bruno Samartino? Where is Bobby Heenan? Where is the Iron Sheik?

Jordan: I guess at home in retirement.

Myzery: Close….close. Bruno has already failed on a promotion of his own, Iron sheik is back in Iraq training camels for racing and Bobby Heenan is announcing matches for a woman’s wrestling league. So in other words, they are all washed up.

Jordan: I don’t understand. What does that have to do with Mr. Late Nite?

Myzery: Just a simple point that he trains with guys who cant even make it in any kind of promotion. Cant run one, cant wrestle and still cant train. Even still, MLN thinks he is the best wrestler around but we all know that he isn’t at a level to compete for the DRWF Title. Let me fill you in on something Jordan. When Mr. Late Nite first joined the DRWF, I tried to show him he was on the wrong track.. I talked to him during shows, after and he was too hard headed to listen. I even went to ISMS and tried to help him out. He doesn’t know this but I actually went to BWI and asked for MLN to be the special guest referee in the match at holiday hell (show before). I liked him. I thought he had potential. But then, just like that, he stopped training and became a slob in the ring. He cant hit any signature moves because he is too worried about hurting himself. He is more worried about how much money he has in his pocket. In my case, I’m not worried about how much money I have. I am worried about revenge. MLN took out Ryda for a good 6 months and laughed about it. He put me in jail and is still laughing about it. He caused me the match at Holiday Hell. A match where I should’ve been crowned the DRWF Heavyweight Champion. I’m don’t talking about him. I have spoke enough. Its time to back it up. MLN, come Saturday at Hatred, you wont be able to run. I will finally get my hands on you and you will become my b###h!

Jordan: Wow those are some strong words but I know you can back it up. While we are on the subject of Hatred, can you comment on more of your opponents?

Myzery: You know I’m running out of time right? Ok lets start with the man who I personally took out on Monday. That man, if you don’t already know, is Jackhammer. Jack, I proved to you last night that you don’t even need to show up at all. I kicked your ass and left you bloodied for the entire world to see. You should be ashamed of yourself. If you show up on Saturday, you will be more ashamed since you will have your ass handed to you once again. If you have a problem with that then you know where to find me!

Jordan: Yea, that was pretty brutal. But I guess that’s what you mean by “Unnecessary Man Slaughter”. What about RazorBlade?

Myzery: I don’t have much to say about him either. He just doesn’t get it. He got his ass handed to him by Mr. Showtime and lost his coveted Xtreme Title. He was embarrassed in front of the entire DRWF. I personally don’t like the guy. He never makes any promotional appearances and never cuts any promos. Yet he still gets a World Title shot. I just don’t get it. I guess guys like that just get the breaks. Its really got to be nice having everything handed to you. People like him never work for anything. They just put their hands out and everything is placed right there. Unlike RazorBlade, I pride myself on fighting for what I want. I never once have held my hand out waiting for someone to give me something. I wont be waiting at to give RazorBlade a hand out at Hatred. Well, actually I’ll be there waiting to give him yet one more ass kicking!

Jordan: Seth?

Myzery: He fits in with MLN. He is lucky to have the Tag Team gold. I honestly cant believe they defeated my boys Vlad and Scarab but I have seen stranger things happen. Lets put it like this. Seth is MLN’s personal b###h. If Late Nite says anything, Seth agrees and does it. MLN said Seth wont win the title so Seth wont. Its that simple. Not because Late Nite says so but because I say so.

Jordan: What about this new SiN character?

Myzery: SiN is a protégé of HHH. He still has the same boring promo’s whenever he decides to cut one and still has the same boring, predictable moves. Just look at his size. He isn’t as big of a man as everyone claims he is. Everyone things “Oh SiN is huge. He is going to win the DRWF Title”. Lets just say that SIZE DOESN’T MATTER! The bigger a man is the slower he becomes. I don’t personally have a problem with SiN. I actually don’t mind passing him backstage. I do know that if he gets in my way, I will have a problem with him. He will submit to the “breakdown” and there is nothing he can say or do about it! Come on Jordan, I have 5 minutes. Lets wrap this up.

Jordan: Ok, just shoot on IcE for a second please!

Myzery: You want me to bad mouth IcE? There isn’t too much I can say about IcE. Yeah he’s a punk b###h who is champion only because it was handed to him. He never worked a day in his career here. HBK beat the living snot out of him and gets the pin on IcE yet IcE walks out DRWF World Champion. I, on the other hand, have worked my ass off here in the promotion and what do I get? Broken promises. IcE promised a world title shot to me first before anyone else. Did I ever get it? No. Do you know why? Because IcE, like MLN, know that if I get my title shot, I wont leave the arena without the DRWF Heavyweight Championship around my waist! I’ve handed it to Enforcer, Chris Angel, HBK and everyone else that has faced me in the ring. Everyone here knows that I am far from a push over. Everyone knows that I should be leading the DRWF! Everyone knows that I should be the DRWF World Champion. And now before Hatred everyone will know that I will overcome all obstacles and become the DRWF World Heavyweight Champion! If you don’t like what I have to say, COME GET SOME!

Jordan: If that is it, I thank you for your time Myz. Maybe we can do this again sometime. Thanks again.

With that, the cameraman turns his camera off, packs it away and Myzery shows the gentlemen to the door
