This Treaty doth cement the peaceful intentions that hath been declared between The Doomspire Academy for the Dark Arts, and The Hogwarts School of Magic. This document is the original copy of their terms and the signatures were placed on during a ceremony in the ruined Mohndschtill Cathedral. The following art the terms that doth dictate the actions of members of both establishments in relation to one another.This Treaty doth affirm the alliance between the two schools signed below. The following terms must be obeyed by both signers and those that they represent. Any failure to respect the following terms will be taken as a breach of Treaty by that institution which is to blame.
1. Students must not openly display animosity in the form of abuse or swearing in the rooms of schools that are not their own. Such actions will be sorted out by either the Aurors of Hogwarts or the Dementors of Doomspire.
2. A port key is to be opened from each school to the other, to be used as a gateway through which the sites may interact.
3. Mutual information sharing between schools to be implemented. Any knowledge of spies or intruders is to be handed over to the leaders of the school in question immediately, regardless of the informer's affiliation. Also, any spells or scrolls of a Dark nature are to be sent to Doomspire, while those of a Light nature are to be sent to Hogwarts.
4. Members of either institution may not recruit members from the opposing establishment. Members will refrain from joining both sides to cause trouble.
5. Unless invited to do so, non-members may never place messages on any boards or participate in any conversations from an institute that is not their own.
6. Dueling and battles between students from different institutions must be carried out under watch from a staff representative from both schools. These must be carried out in a pre-determined, secure dueling chamber. Battles must be carried out in the Arena at Doomspire, for safety reasons.
7. No member of any institution may destroy or vandalize any part of a school to which he is not a member. Also, swearing and openly obscenities in either institution will result in severe punishment.
8. At various times during the school year, competitions will be held between schools. The nature and times of these tournaments will be a matter decided later by staff of both institutions.
