New Delhi Awas Yojna a dream project which has been in waiting from years by the people of Delhi, the DDA had made Master Plan of Delhi for 2021 but it couldn't have been possible without the help of Land Pooling Policy and people of Delhi. DDA set August 6 for the last of registration under the policy but due to slow response DDA extended it to 6 September till that date they registered around 6000 hectares of land.

Now it was time to introduce a project which could provide affordable houses to the people of Delhi, and then they introduced New Delhi Awas Yojna which were planned to developed according to Land Pooling Policy and Master Plan Delhi.

This Smart City Awas Yojna would be build by Antriksh India Group a real estate developer which doesn't requires any introduction, Delhi Awas Yojna 2019 will have 1, 2, 3, and 4BHK house with all the modern amenities. It will have 1BHK with starting price of just Rs 14 Lakhs.
