Damn, but she wanted him bad. Alisa Tovora felt her heart give an involuntary flutter as Obi-Wan Kenobi walked past her. _Why in the name of the Force does he have to be so gorgeous??_ she thought to herself as he disappeared around the corner of the corridor. "Alisa?" The voice of the ship's captain, Ria Kalendra, broke through the Jedi Knight's thoughts, getting her mind off her current situation. "Yes, Captain?" Alisa said. "We're coming up on Jenzara Three," the captain said. "Should I open a channel to the planet?" Alisa's eyes strayed to the end of the corridor. "Yes, go ahead," she said softly. _Obi-Wan, get back here NOW!_ she mentally demanded, not expecting to get an answer. _And why should I?_ Alisa rolled her eyes and walked down to the end of the corridor and yelled, "'Cause if you don't I'm gonna come looking for you!" "All right, all right," Obi-Wan said, as he came up to Alisa and smiled at her, turning her insides into goo. Taking a deep breath, she said, "We're coming up on the planet, we should get ready for these peace talks." Her companion nodded and snuck in a kiss on the cheek before he ehaded for the bridge. Alisa stared after him, in complete and total shock. _He just..._ was all she thought before she fell over in a dead faint.
Obi-Wan looked back when he heard the thud and thought, _All I did was kiss her...she can't want me that bad..._ _WRONG!_ came Alisa's mental retort. Obi-Wan blinked and started heading for the bridge again. Captain Kalendra looked at him and said, "Where's Alisa?" "Umm...would you believe passed out on the deck down the hall?" Obi-Wan said sheepishly. _Tell them what you did and I'll kill you,_ Alisa told Obi-Wan in no uncertain terms as she started waking up. Obi-Wan shivered slightly and whispered to the captain, "All I did was..." "YOU'RE DEAD!" Alisa yelled as she walked onto the bridge. "I TOLD you not to say anything!" Obi-Wan said, "Well excuse me, maybe she wanted to know." Captain Kalendra was trying her damndest not to laugh at the two. She could tell that they wanted each other bad, but had no nerve to do anything about it. "All right Kenobi I have a deal for you," she said out loud. Both Jedi looked at the captain as she said with a smirk, "Kiss Alisa right here and I'll leave you two alone about all this." "WHAT ARE YOU NUTS?" Alisa said. the captain shook her head and said, "Nope." "That's it I never should have let Master Windu talk me into coming on this damn peace mission with you," Alisa muttered as she headed for the door. "Like he had to twist your arm," Obi-Wan shot back. Alisa spun around and said, "Yeah, so what's your point?" "The captain's right, you do have a thing for me don't you?" Obi-Wan gave a smirk as he saw the blush creep onto Alisa's cheeks. "Ha, I got you cornered now," he said. "It's not that..." Alisa began. Obi-Wan's blue eyes sparkled as he said, "Then what is it?" "I..uh...well..." Alisa blushed an ever deeper shade of red and started nervously twisting a lock of her dark blonde hair around a finger as she tried to stammer out an explanation. Finally she gave up and said, "Oh just do what the captain said will you?" "If you insist.." Obi-Wan said as he walked towards her. _Oh great what did I just get myself into??_ Alisa thought. _But he's so cute...ad a total sweetheart...and...and..._ That was as far as she got because the next thing she knew, he was kissing her, just like she always wanted.
