Coach Mike Crossley has led the Racers since 1989.  The Racers have made four trips to the State Tournament under Coach Crossley.  Coach Crossley also coaches the Lady Racer Fast Pitch team and Jr. High Basketball.  

Mike graduated from Oklahoma City University, playing for the Chiefs.  He went to Del City High School, graduating in 1979 and was listed on the Coaches All State as well as the Daily Oklahoman All City and All State.  Coach Crossley was also honored by The Daily Oklahoman in 1989 as Little All City Coach of the year, and by the Oklahoma Coaches Association as Rookie Coach of the Year.  

Mike is married to Vickie, they have three sons, Michael, Jordan and Kyle.
