Reverend Brian Hartley became
our Team Rector in October 1997 in a service conducted by the then Bishop of
Bolton The Right Reverend David Bonser. Brian joined us from the East Farnworth
Team, they are the remaining C of E churches in the Farnworth Area (All Saints,
St John the Evangelist (the Parish church of Farnworth & Kearsley) & St
Peters). Since joining the New Bury Parish he has also become Area
Dean.
