COURSE DETAIL

Start and Finish at Robertstown.

Robertstown is 15 Km North of Newbridge,

Between Prosperous and Kilmeague

The long course will start first, heading WEST. The Short course will start 10 minutes later heading EAST.

Long course – 20  Km.

(West along the Grand Canal, turning south along the Miltown spur and returning to Robertstown.)

Short Course  - 8 km.

(East along the main canal and back)

Both courses same as last year – No Portages.

After 12 midday until 1:30 PM

Adults €8 ,   Juniors €5

START TIME

14:00 PM  -  ICU Safety Rules apply.

Prize Giving

4:30 PM (approx) in Mullaneys Pub, Robertstown
