The Sarah Mills Youth Center Dedication Service was held on September 9, 2006, on Saturday evening at 5:00 p.m.  Special guests included Sister Tami Mills and son, Tevin, from Romeoville, Illinois, and Tami's mother.  The youth center was named after Sarah, Tami's daughter, who went on to be with Jesus last year.  Min. Denise Boswell welcomed all who attended and opened the service with a prayer.  The praise and worship team sang some praise songs and then the Sacrifice of Praise dance team came.  They ministered through dance to a song written especially for Sarah by Bro. and Sis. Rivers' son.  The teens gave flowers to Sister Mills.  Pastor Biggs introduced the special guests and had Sis. Mills say a few words.  Sister Darlene Biggs also spoke.  The NBRC Board of Directors were introduced and the new youth center sign was unveiled.  The dedication service was then closed out with a prayer and refreshments were served in the church dining hall.
