| Anthro`s The year 2026 October 25th, a metorite is spotted in space which is on a collision course with earth aimed towards the Sahara desert. The metorite was estimated at over 300 miles wide and deep travelling at over 2000 mph. An impact of that size would litteraly wipe out the human race. The threat caused widespread panic on earth as humans tryed to flee their countrys to the safest areas. But any attemps were in vain as everyone on earth knew it was impossible to avoid the collision no matter where you were. October 27th 2026 03:55, the metorite hits earth right in the middle of the Sahara desert at speeds of over 2000 mph, through entering the atmosphere the entire o-zone layer is annihilated. The collision creates an enormous explosion with a fire ball that spans the world & shock waves that went through the earth crumbling buildings to the ground. The collision was unavoidable, no where was safe no matter where you were. As a result of the massive fire ball, estimates of 97%+ of humans lost their lives. Only the luckiest managed to survive by cowering within hill sides or mountains. Although they survived they also sustained some very servere injuries. The ones that survived are known as the Survivors. As a result of the collision, the corpses were left scattered on the ground. DNA was still living in some human and animal corpses. All the DNA started to join within the earth due to the imense heat from the sun. As the o-zone layer was destroyed all the suns radiation could penetrate to earth. This radiation caused reactions within the mixed human and animal DNA and started to create eggs within the soil. Only the DNA from the humans and mammals managed to survive as the molecular structure was more resistant than just the human structure which died out because of the radiation. However mammal DNA was more resistant against these harsher conditions so the joining made the perfect molecular structure. These eggs soon hatched and out came a small human like creature, these creatures had arms, legs, eyes, and ears and although they looked human they were more mammal-like. Because of the joining of the DNA with mammals these creature`s had grown fur all over their bodies, had grown tails and larger ears and had a more flexible bone structure, The most common mix of these mammals' DNA with humans' was house hold pets such as cats, dogs, and rabbits, due to the massive popularity of these, most house holds had a pet. As these eggs hatched beneath the earth the mammal inside began to grow bigger and bigger at an extrodinary rate taking around 4 months to reach adult size. These mammals appeared to be very intellegent, they could walk just like humans and they could even speak in an odd language. Through growing and emerging from the earth they found the heat was too hot and the suns rays to painful to stay out in the open and so persued to find shelter within hills or mountains. This was happening all over the earth where DNA was evolving and growing into the new race of human like mammals. Through finding shelter in mountains and hills lots of other mammals congregated there and they started to work together seemingly making plans to build their very own cities. Very soon there was thousands of these mammals all over the world all planning to shelter the sun and build their cities. Strangely they all chose to build their cities underground, possibly due to their animal influences. They all very soon started to work on utilising the suns energy for themselves createing huge energy resources underground which were connected to solar panals on the earths surface. They learnt very very fast even creating their own language called Anthro which then gave them the name of Anthros. The language Anthro was almost identical to the english language, which was the most worldwide used language. They even started to mate and create offspring proving this new dominant life was here to stay. After time they learnt more and more and several years passed to the year 2034. In the year 2034 the Anthros city hundreds of feet underground is now almost complete. The city is simply known as Centre earth. Which consists of everything they need to lead a normal life, it has shops, offices, an idustrial and science level but most importantly the residential level where the Anthros live. These homes they live in are reffered to as dens. These dens are very very hi tech more hi tech than humans ever managed to reach within their existance. The anthros even created a water reservoir that takes the moisture out of the under lying buildings and reuses that to live from. Below is a diagram of how they built their city and how water and energy is dispersed around the city. Although theres always a down fall the Survivors learn about this new existance and are threatened by them as the Anthros have become the dominant race.
