After the summer........
Phase 3 has been announced, the Gateway Scheme has been approved by An Bord Pleanala subject to a number of conditions......one consition is that Pearse Tower must be demolished before work commences on the student residences....so Pearse Tower residents will be rehoused before the students are accommodated on that site.
The Forum elections are in train and will be held in October. Residents should get involved so that they can give the best voice to there concerns. BRL will deal only with the Task Force and the Forums.
Phase 2 planning applications have been lodged.
