Dear Mr. Lydon,

I wish to refer further to your e-mail in connection with the Regeneration of
Ballymun and to state that the contents have been noted.  As previously outlined
the position is that Ballymun Regeneration Ltd. have responsibility for the
entire regeneration project, including arrangements for any necessary
consultation and it is not proposed to alter these existing structures which
were uniquely established for this specific purpose.

I trust that this will clarify the position.
