Special Projects
Come to our Spring Craft Fair, April 1st & 2nd, 2005, at the Ag Trade Center!  Many local crafters will be displaying a wide variety of arts and crafts for your holiday decorating and gift-giving.  Proceeds from rental of vendors' booths, and sales of baked goods and refreshments, will benefit the Fair Royalty
The NE WA Fair Association has assembled a cookbook to help benefit the NE WA Fair, and to help provide funds for display equipment for the new Ag Trade Center, which will be the center stage for Agriculture, Grange, and Youth exhibits during the Fair.  With over 200 recipes from local Stevens County supporters of the NE WA Fair, you'll be sure to find your next Fair winner in this great cookbook!  Priced at a reasonable $7.50, this cookbook has plastic covers and is ring-bound for ease of use, and has many reference pages that make it great as a gift for new cooks.  Cookbooks may be purchased at the Fair Office in the new Ag Trade Center at the corner of Astor and Washington Streets in Colville, or you can call (509) 684-2585 to order one.  Cookbooks may also be purchased at Fair Association functions, such as the May 8th, 2004, NE WA Fair Association Dinner Auction.  Or, you can order by e-mail:
Come see our new Stevens County Ag Trade Center at 317 West Astor in Colville, WA!  Built from the "0.08 Fund," or sales taxes that are given by the state to communities for development projects, this year-round facility has already proven itself by being used for everything from weddings to parties to High School Proms to meetings!

Landscaping has been graciously provided by the efforts of the WSU Master Gardener Program, and the gardens around the building are now demonstration and teaching gardens for the Master Gardeners of Stevens County.

The NE WA Fair Office is located in the Ag Trade Center, along with the Fairgrounds Manager's Office.  For further information, please call the Fair Office at:  (509) 684-2585.
